McDonald's — Restaurant in Reno

Overpriced just to start they aren't helping everyone says their rude slow crazy frantic never get any orders right I mean 2.50 for a burrito that is dry tiny and have to get 4 to feel full Hasbrowns 2.57 I mean charging you half a five pound bag price for 1/5 of a potato so they are super overpriced make mistakes rude and even when they ask you if you want sauce they don't put it in or they ask you you say no and put it in anyways so if your going to bother to ask put the damn sauce that is or is not requested in the bag if your not going to do it anyways don't bother asking me what sauce I want. They forget items get items wrong then you have to waste time and effort and their time if you actually want something corrected you know McDonald's for what your charging I expected top tier service without problems but you don't pay your employees don't get orders right and your food is no where near good enough to be priced how it is , this is the first time in months I have gone here and again it will be my last for a long time either get the service right or lower your prices McDonald's cause this is inexcusable... Expensive, wrong bad quality poor service , you don't check a single box , get it under control or go under McDonald's. People are getting to where they are tired of taking crap. And mega corporations are not the king of the hill you can fall just like...

I’m so tired of the poor service here. Every single time I come here late at night there are problems with the staff. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru and was told they are only accepting cash. I asked if that meant I wouldn’t be able to place it using the app and they had to go check with someone. They asked what our order was and I read off our sandwiches thinking they might have pulled up our order and then I mentioned that all the sandwiches had customizations and they said to t them what those were and we kept getting frustrated because they were not communicating that they could not take mobile orders at all until after 5 minutes. They then turned their headset off and ignored us while we were stuck waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes before even making it to the pickup window to place our order and when we finally got to it they said that we couldn’t place our order at the window that we needed to go back in line if we wanted to order. We had already waited our turn, it wasn’t our fault the staff was rude negligent and incompetent at their jobs. Staff ALWAYS has the worst attitude I’ve ever received from customer service/fast food. Left there and went to the McDonald’s on Keystone and got great service. I highly recommend you go to a different location if...

We went on a Thursday night at around 9pm. The lady at the counter had a frown on her face that no amount of niceties could soften and saying thank you did not get one single your welcome. The entire kitchen area was flooded with soapy water as they were hosing down the floor while making food. Something that seemed to me to be unsanitary, but my husband and youngest son were too hungry to care about at the time. The Sprite was out of syrup, but the blue Powerade was yummy. The food all seemed delicious after our five hour drive, aside from the fact that the fries weren't salted which was an easy fix. A plus among the negative was that the ketchup dispenser was awesome! You flipped a nozzle and it poured out until you flipped it back! Awe, if only every McDonald's had one of those! That, and the spinny coin collector are the only reasons I didn't give this McD's less stars. We all had fun putting coins down the chute and watching them spin their way down and into the collection...
