Mofos Pizza and Pasta Galena — Restaurant in Reno

We arrived right around 5pm. Seated in the booth area.. we were the only ones there at the time. My friend ordered the meatball sandwich and I ordered the spaghetti with a half order of garlic bread. The other two ordered pizzas. The waitress came back and said they could do the meatball sandwich but not the garlic bread because they ran out of bread. There were enough employees standing around to send one of them to Raleys for bread. In the meantime, the place is filling up and customers are being told they are out of bread. In my opinion, this was a big fail. We have eaten at your restaurant in Tahoe and lived it. And we were excited to share it with our friends. We all left...

I approve. Being from Tahoe, I am all to familiar with Mofo's. When I heard they opened a location in Reno, I had to check it out. To start, the window into the kitchen is a nice throw back to the Incline location, it's appreciated.

The pizza is a thin bottom crust, with a thick edge that's absolutely delicious. We tried two different pizzas, and I have to admit, getting fewer toppings is better. The beautiful thin crust just didn't hold up to the heavier topped pizza such as the Mighty Mo. The pepperoni held true and is what I recommend of any pizza place. I just recommend keeping the number of toppings 3 or below.

Pizza was very good. You girls in front I have a problem. Watch my pizza being made and cook new it was ready but I had to ask girls up front to get my pizza the blonde try telling me it's not ready with a attitude. Guess what it was ready. That talk to much. Also order extra mushrooms on the side. Will got raw mushrooms really. Who puts raw mushrooms on a pizza that cook already. Should spelled it out cook mushrooms. Few days ago.
