Pulled into this Starbucks hoping for a quick caffeine fix, and the start looked promising. The place itself has that cozy wood-and-brick vibe, and the line moved fast. When I placed my order, I made sure to say it twice: “Iced Caramel Macchiato.” I even stressed the word iced.
A few minutes later, I was handed a steaming hot cup. Not exactly what I had in mind. At $5.90 plus a $1 tip I dropped before noticing the details, I expected at least the right drink. Mistakes happen, but that one took a little of the shine off my visit.
Inside, the barista at the counter was friendly, no complaints there, but the restroom told a different story—paper on the floor, trash overflowing, just not the kind of clean you want in a coffee spot you’re paying premium prices for.
All in all, it’s not the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, but it definitely wasn’t the best either. Service was nice, but between the wrong drink and the messy bathroom, this stop lands at a fair 3 stars.
Would I swing back? Maybe, if I’m in the area and desperate for caffeine. But next time, I’ll double-check before leaving...

Several minutes go by and the cashier asked "is this your hot chocolate?" I said yes, thinking there was a follow up question. Nope. From where I was standing, I couldn't see the little counter where they place the order ready for pick up. They didn't say it's over here. After another minute or two, I walked over and saw a cup. I asked if it was mine and they said yes.
There's a reason Starbucks asks for your name. If they don't, they could also look at the debit card handed to them. Hot chocolate wasn't that hot by the time I got it . Glad I don't come to...
Read moreFriendly staff but consistently have my drink made incorrectly and shorted. As a former Starbucks barista, it’s particularly easy to tell when something is wrong in terms of drink components. Then, as an average consumer, it’s particularly easy to tell when 20% of the drink never even made it in the cup. I’ve made several comments about these reoccurring problems and they continue to repeat themselves. Wish the store manager and team leads would take note and make an effort to fix them.
See the photo for a drink less than 3 minutes old, before I ever took a sip.
Another photo from a totally different day. Same order....
