Port of Subs — Restaurant in Reno

I am not at all exaggerating when I say that the people working at this Port of Subs are the sweetest, kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to in any restaurant setting! My partner ordered Grubhub for me from this Port of Subs, and my carrier totally stole my food! I got the confirmation it was picked up, and 3 minutes later got a "drop-off photo" that was a photo of the outside of the Port of Subs building, and then a text message from the driver saying that she would cancel the order on her end because she couldn't drive to where I was (I later learned she did not cancel the order!) I called the Port of Subs asking if they still had my order and explained the situation to them. The lady who answered told me that the order had been picked up and that they had situations like this happen before. Both her and the manager explained to me that they did everything they usually do when trying to confirm the Grubhub drivers and I 100% don't blame them at all for what happened. On top of that, the manager then offered not only to remake my food for free (either that day or at a later date), but also since it was slow that they would send someone to drop off my order for me! Even after I explained how far out I was, they still managed to deliver it to me. When I accidentally mixed up two of the numbers for my address and got a call about my order, the woman who delivered it had so much patience with me (luckily, she wasn't too far away.) For the food, it's delicious! It was packaged wonderfully and it tastes so good. Everything is still cold and fresh! Exactly what I wanted. Everyone working on September 23rd deserves the world. Thank you for making it work! I absolutely will be eating from this Port of Subs again and will recommend it...

Thought I would order online and have the 2 subs ready I even thought I would go next door to shop quickly at Raleys,got in port of subs they have not even started my order.Then they claimed to have started, passed off to another employee to make my sandwiches, then after 5 minutes more of a wait 2 people came in and the manager immediately started making their order before me.my total wait time in the store was 20 min.Been to thus location 2 previous time never had the best experience. This place is a hit or miss with workers. They were really unfriendly, seems like they didn't want to be there.
