The service was excellent. Clean and quick dining environment. The classic burger was good. Reasonably priced drinks. The only thing that misses the mark, twice is the fries. Some of the fries are being served slightly undercooked making it unpleasant to eat. So half my fries are inedible. Aside from that, burgers are solid. It’s not feasible to come back to the store to ask for half of my fries to be cooked properly as I get home to enjoy my meal. We ordered classic burger, impossible burger, fries, and chili cheese fries. The bun is very greasy or filled with the burger sauce, but it was very wet. The meat was good, very soft and tender, but I wasn’t a fan of the burger sauce it tasted very odd. Regular fries were okay could be cooked longer to be crunchy and more seasoning it was bland. The chili cheese fries were good, a lot of good flavor. Impossible meat was way too big and it didn’t even fit the bun correctly it was hard to hold and eat. We ordered a strawberry shake and Oreo shake, but the strawberry shake was white no pink probably added a lot of milk but Oreo shake no issues. The food is great, when they get your order right. Every single time they get something wrong. And when I asked for them to put Oreo in my mint shake, not only did they charge me extra for it. But they didn't even do it?! It's been consecutive too. But I like the food so much. I keep going back. But after this time, I'm going to move on. Maybe it's the management, maybe it's the workers. I'll try back in a few months.
