Super Taqueria Mexico — Restaurant in Reno

I am from Southern Las Vegas, the farther south you are the better Mexican food gets. Yet, since moving to Reno I looked for some place to cover my Mexican food cravings. It took me a LONNNGG TIME, but let me tell you Super Taqueria is my place now! I live 20 minutes away but if I want some delicious mexican food I will make the drive. I've tried their tacos, burritos, enchiladas, carne asada fries, everything excellent!! They do not skip out on the meat or sauce, and with homemade guacamole and cheese that does not look like plastic old cheese, mmm...so good! Recommend the lengua, so tender and juicy and amazing!!

I have never had any problem with this place, only perfect delicious food! Got all my co-workers and boyfriend hooked on the place, and I hope this review convinces you to try...

My husband went to have lunch there this afternoon, he ordered his food, 5 tacos of carnitas. He was given 5 tacos made out of cows head. When he went to ask what the tacos were made of, she told him it was cows head. He let her know that he ordered Carnitas. He got a snotty response from the stuck up, girl who was behind the counter, "Well I don't know why your mad!" He was still polite to her tell her that he isn't mad l, that he wanted Carnitas Tacos not tacos that he didn't even know what they were made of! This girl needs to learn some serious people skills! Needless to say this will be the last time anyone in our family eats here again! Remember honey, aunque la mona se vieste de seda mona se queda! Con tu nopal en la frente, y tu bien...

Owner is a lousy person, greedy and a liar! While I was ordering my two breakfast burritos and about to pay, the owner came up and whispered in the cashiers ear that one of the burritos was 1$ more, the cashier questioned his boss because he thought breakfast burritos were cheaper, but he ushered him to continue, I said nothing and continued the transaction until I could have a chance to question the owner when he gave me the order. When questioned about it he denied trying to hide it from me and refused a refund even despite the menu's bad representation of prices and what is included in those. I will never go back and neither will my friends, we will take our business to La Michoacana for 1.99 breakfast burritos that tast better...
