There are not possibly enough good things that can be said about Christie’s Catering. Teanna and her team went above and beyond for our wedding this past November, and we are so grateful to have chosen them to cater our cocktail hour and wedding reception. From inquiring, booking, building a menu, coordinating details, and everything in between, Teanna (and her husband/team) was so knowledgeable, down to earth, and they truly cared about my husband and I having a stress-free & FUN process when it came to planning food/drinks for our wedding. Teanna was so knowledgeable about what food transports well, what entrees pair well with what sides, and so many details I never would have considered on my own. Her team was also incredibly flexible with any special requests we had or additional help we needed when planning and on the big day. On our wedding day, the whole staff was incredibly friendly and I could tell all of them wanted to be there, and it truly showed through their impeccable attention to detail and customer service to us and our guests. The team prepared appetizers/drinks for my husband and I for before AND after the ceremony to make sure we got to savor everything before things got busy. Appetizers/breads/fruit/dinner/drinks were INCREDIBLE. Our guests have continued to rave weeks later about how amazing the food and drinks were. For three years in a row (2017-2019) we have hired Christie’s Catering to provide a buffet luncheon for our annual retreat of the 100+ volunteer members of the Seattle Symphony Chorale. Through email and phone arrangements Christie and Teanna have always been quick to propose a sample menu, offer a reasonable price, and answer all of our questions. From the beginning it was evident from their Web site content and great advice, that Christie’s Catering had much experience to share. Although setting the tables is part of their service, we preferred to decorate them ourselves the night before. Arrangements were made for the table linens and cloth napkins to be available a couple days in advance so that we could do just that. The day of our event Chef/Servers Teanna and Mitch were quick to set up, open to every last-minute request, and left the kitchen spotless. Now for the food – all three years our members have raved about it – so much so that several large containers of left-overs were happily taken away at the end of the day! Our singers especially liked the vegetarian lasagna made with butternut squash and goat cheese (YUM!), the tender chicken breasts baked in rice pilaf with asparagus mousse, the pasta/spinach salad, the three-tiered fresh fruit display, and the strawberry trifle dessert. We have always been very pleased with Christie’s Catering’s delicious food, professional staff, and accommodating arrangements, and would recommend their team highly. If you are looking for good food, professional service, budget friendly, and amazing people, look no further! First off their prices can't be beat, the fact that they include plates and cutlery, and rent out linens and napkins at such a low price, there is no other company that gave me the deal that Christie's catering did. Teanna is very quick to respond to inquiries and provide information. We got set-up with an in-person tasting and we were instantly sold. Teanna and her Husband Mitch (also bartender) were so kind, so much fun to work with from the start till the end. They made me feel at ease knowing that everything would be perfect. Day of they set-up everything so nicely and everything looked great, the buffet food was great (we had A LOT of leftovers, and they put them all in containers for us). The bar tending services were great, everything till the end was so wonderful. Mitch and his staff stayed and helped and everyone was so nice, our guests loved them too! Mitch even put my plate together for dinner since he saw how busy I was and then check in on me to make sure if I needed anything else. Teanna also saved the day by having 2 extra gold charges that were exactly the same as mine and she let us use them since we were short by 2 - totally saved us!
