Group Therapy Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Renton

We checked out Group Therapy in Renton (Cascade Neighborhood), and it was amazing!

Parking: There’s plenty of parking available.

Seating: Lots of options for both small groups (two-person tables) and larger groups.

Entertainment: They’ve got two pool tables, two electric dart machines, a golf arcade game, and tons of TVs. Perfect for hanging out or catching a game.

Food: I had the Grilled Chicken Burger, and my husband got the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich—we both cleaned our plates! The fries were finger-licking good, too.

Drinks: My husband got a Mango Cart, which is rare to see at bars. I didn’t grab a drink this time, but I can’t wait to come back and try one!

Service: It’s seat-yourself when you arrive, so just be patient. Like many small businesses, they’re short-staffed, but the staff was working hard. Drinks came out quickly, though the food took a bit longer—but hey, when you’re at a bar, you should be in chill mode!

We’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d love to check out some of their events. They were promoting a music bingo night, and it sounds like so much fun!

Came here for the second time. The place was clean , music was great, vibes was doing what they supposed to do on a Friday afternoon. The service was great absolutely no complaints there. Only issue was the food. The wings are trash. No seasoning no flavor. If you don’t season your wings the only thing you taste is the frying oil. The first batch came with a plate of oil. There are some places locally (Burnett’s Pub) where you can get an idea of great wings and mimic. Also the fries were hard, stale even?? There was a gentleman behind me struggling to order food maybe because the food isn’t great here. Location great, service great.. imagine the kind of revenue you could bring in if the food was actually good. You have an entire commercial kitchen Lets go! Like any place I go to I come for the food and I’ll stay for the drinks. Lot of good things here hopefully they can iron...

Well for a “soft opening” first day it went pretty good! We tried the chicken strips and Bacon cheeseburger both were very good! Chicken Strips were actually great! Look forward to trying out breakfast there and drinks when everything is in place ! Josh was a great host and waiter..10–5-24 update more things are coming together BREAKFAST SPECIAL TODAY WAS HOMEMADE MEATLOAF! Sound weird trust me it was REALLY good and priced $4 less than the competition! Also pull tabs are finally available! Staff and owners are very friendly and LISTEN to their customers! Bloody Mary was better garnished than the local competition and $3 less !!! ( weekend special?) Don’t know but seems to improve each trip there!
