phad Thai was slightly too sweet -

Food: 4 stars Price: 4 stars Ambiance: 2 stars Service: 3 stars Overall: 3.25 stars

We came here on the weekend right after it opened, and nobody else was there during the whole time we were there. Interestingly, we could order lunch combo on weekends. It's usually only during weekdays for most places, but not here.

I got the C7 swimming rama lunch combo with chicken for $14.95 and hubby got the C5 cashew nut lunch combo with crispy pork for $17.95 (extra $3 for meat upgrade). Lunch combo comes with a generous portion of phad Thai, Jasmine rice, your dish of choice and an egg roll. Everything was tasty and we couldn't finish, so we boxed things to go.

The only downside is that their phad Thai was overly sweet to me and doesn't have much of the flavor profile that I was looking for. Perhaps it'd be better if they provide a piece of line like other places. I don't think people would mind this as American love their sweets lol.

They were playing a Thai song over and over again when we were there... It's very bizarre since it's just that one song on repeat. I almost felt like I was being hypnotized.... by a language that I don't...

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered takeout from this restaurant expecting a nice meal, but instead found a shard of glass in my food. Yes, actual glass. I found this shard of glass only after I had already bit down on it and felt it shatter between my teeth.

When I called and brought it to the staff's attention, the response was shockingly indifferent and disgusting. No apology, no accountability, and no offer to make it right. Accidents happen, but how a restaurant handles them matters, and this place failed completely. This is a matter of safety and ethics that this restaurant clearly lacks. When I called, the lady, who said her name was "Cookie", said that she would talk to her manager. When she came back, she said that there was nothing that they could do. A disgusting lack of accountability. When I asked to speak to the manager, this manager somehow just disappeared. Where did your manager go "Cookie"?

I will never return, and I strongly urge others to think twice before dining here. Safety and basic customer care should be...

We came for dinner on Thursday evening. The ambiance at the restaurant is nice, but that is the highlight. In terms of food, the pad see ew was genuinely very good, as was their coconut prawn (both 5 star). Their tofu vegetarian decisions were very mediocre. The fried tofu was dry and bland. The basil Thai stir fry was soso.

My biggest complaint was the service. We had to ask for sauces to season the food. We mentioned that the basil Thai was overloaded with tofu and the green beans were undercooked. But what really did it for me was that we had ordered Thai iced tea which the server forgot to bring. However she still billed us for it. When we pointed it out she removed the charge but there was no apology or acknowledgement of any mistake. Overall would...

Searching for Thai restaurant, gave this a shot, it was good decision. My friend visited from Bay Area, enjoying his basil chicken combo with fried egg on top. It was ground chicken which it was good sign when we saw the picture. He likes the dish. I orders crispy pork fried rice, fried rice was not too wet or dry and they used Chinese broccoli (bonus point), crispy pork was crispy but not over cooked and it was not salty. There is sauce and chili oil for extra spice. The service was good but our waitress was not very friendly. The portion was good. Noodle dishes started at $15, combo or special dishes are about $18-$20. My crispy pork was $17. They do have lunch combo.
