Ok, I guess they dont care! I recommend you pay more elsewhere to avoid the frustration! As much as I love some of the menu items, they just can't/ won't get the orders right. I gave up trying to get the right replacement items. I went back 1 more time and they clearly don't give a sh!t about getting orders right. 1 time is a mistake, 2 times .. it happens, 3 times is a problem... nearly every time? C'mon! This is BS! I reported this to Taco Bell Corp. They sent me a $5 coupon to make up for 6 visits and 60 - $70 worth of bad food.
Update- Went back, TB said they would replace the items previously mentioned- They were so rude! I told them they have my name, they were replacing an order. They asked what was on it, ... pull forward. No sorry, or anything .. pull forward. Handed me the bag and shut the window, no sauce, no napkins, no comment. I knocked on the window, said they had taken my name, I was going to give them my name so they could remove me from the list... she said ok and shut the window as I was talking.
Aaand the nuggets- BURNT WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL ONES! See pics Ridiculous!
Updated review- Ok, I love the Cantina tacos. But.... why is it so hard to get them without tomatoes? I customize the item on the app, I remind them when I pick it up, and nearly every time... TOMATOES!!! ?? Also, I tried the chicken nuggets, one of them was good. The rest were burnt to a crisp, inedible. I like the sauces, the 1 nugget was good, but the burnt chunks of what used to be chicken were gross. I guess we are going back to stupidity, they got better for a bit, but... See pics of burnt chicken and a taco no tomatoes but with tomatoes. 🙄
Review- It has been a while but I thought I would give TB another chance. Everyone knows RepMo TacoBell has had poor service. Seems they are making some efforts to do better. Staff seems faster, focused, and more friendly. My order was correct and the tacos actually had something in them, unlike before. Tacos were ok, chalupa was hard/ stale, no way it's fresh. Why is it so hard for Taco Bell ... Put sour cream in the same direction you will roll the burrito! Or you get it all in one bite, duh! They always get it wrong.

Read moreThough they have been friendly when it comes to customer service, this location has consistently messed up my drive thru order almost EVERY TIME. Today I ordered an XXL stuffed burrito with steak and no beans. I waited 5 minutes to get my order. They asked if I would like sauce, I requested fire sauce and lots of it. Zero sauce in the bag when I got home. Luckily, I have a bottle of fire sauce at home just for this reason. Additionally, when they finally handed me my food, they explained that they accidentally put beans on the first burrito so they remade it "correctly" and gave me the mistake for free. I got home and, lo and behold, the "correct" burrito was actually a 7 layer burrito NOT the XXL steak burrito with no beans. I haven't even checked the "free" burrito yet bc I'm honestly expecting to find beef or chicken or everything else but what I wanted. This has happened more times than I can count with this location. On top of that, I could hear the employees talking and goofing around, swearing loudly and generally doing everything but conduct themselves professionally. Every single time I go through the drive-through I get home and there’s food that I ordered that I didn’t get, the nacho fries are either far under seasoned or they taste freezer burn or they taste like they were cooked hours ago, and just continued to stay warm, regardless of the fact that they have more than timed out. If you ask for the fries to be made fresh, they always give you an attitude, even though realistically, that’s the only way this Taco Bell actually serve decent price even though they’re underseasoned Taco Bell.
