The help are extremely rude and unprofessional. I took my annual outing to see the sand sculptures on a mid afternoon on a weekday. i went to Bianci's for a drink, and to spend an hour enjoying the beautiful day. ( I had a limeade in a thermos in my car, so I was not thirsty.) When I sat down on one of their at mostly empty outdoor tables, a waitress came over and told me to leave because I had not ordered the drink at the bar. ( The bartender was occupied with another customer, so I ordered a bottle of Pepsi from their pizza counter -- there was a sign on the door leading to the pizza counter inside of Bianci's restaurant "Order in here".) The waitress lied to me and claimed that the Pizza counter was not part of their restaurant, and that was why I could not sit down. I told the waitress that they should have a sign that people would know before people ordered, that they could not sit down unless they ordered food. She lied and claimed the pizza counter where I got the drink was not part of their restaurant. I pointed out that there was a couple who has just ordered a soda from the same counter sitting at another table. ( In fact I went to Bianci's for a drink because I saw them sitting there.) While I was talking to the waitress a pizza did come for that table. I also pointed out that there was another outdoor table with a man and a child. (The man had ordered a slice of pizza and a bottle of soda for himself, and the child had a cup with a pink drink -- which the waitress said was from their bar.) ( The nice man had paid the $3.75 for my Pepsi.) I asked to speak to he manager. The bartender, Stephanie said she was the manager; she was also rude. I asked the name of the owner and was told it was Maryann Wood. Ms. Wood: Your employees ruined my day. I used to take my parents each year to see the sand sculptures and now they are deceased, I am carrying on the tradition. What ever policy you have, you should have clear signage. In any case there is no justification for such rudeness from employees. Check out the recent Yelp reviews. I am not the only one with...
Read moreI have never written a review, but for this place, I will. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No host so you’re just standing there until someone notices you, then when we sat down after being told to sit, we had taken someone’s table outside (which we had no idea because it was completely empty). A waitress comes back distressed telling us we sat in someone’s table. The girls sat behind us and they said it was okay, but she was still upset we stayed at the table and didn’t get up. I don’t understand why get upset when the girls behind us said it’s okay and we have a 2 year old and a pup already leashed to the chair.
She told the manager and the manager went up to me to tell me that they don’t support official ESA service animals after I was sat and told it was okay as long as I had the ID number (which I did). She passively aggressive told me “this time only” and I said ok and my response wasn’t to her liking. She began to go back and forth with me about my attitude in the way I said ok 😂 and I told her I’d like to speak to her boss and she smiled and said “go ahead” and walked away.
Shortly after our waitress who was actually really nice came up to us to take our order and I asked her if everything was okay because at the end of the day if my dog was an issue then I would’ve left. THE MANAGER CAME out of no where in the conversation and started the SAME argument. I told her I already heard her tell me “this time only” for the dog, I didn’t understand her need to keep coming back to prove her authority. Then after everything she told us to leave which honestly we should’ve left way sooner than that. Anyways terrible terrible service.
If you read this Karen, I would really advise you to act like a manager if you’re going to proudly say you’re the manager. You give respect to get respect. Organize your team to avoid having customers seated at the wrong table and be clear on your policies about support pets so your entire staff knows not to seat someone with an Emotional...
Read moreI been eating this pizza since I was 5 years old, now in my seventies, went there for a pizza and a drink with a friend I just met on the beach Could not order my pizza from the wait staff I had to order it separate from the drinks we ordered When the pizza was done I had to get it my self The pizza was larger then the pizza pan that it was served on so it was very hard to carry back to my table and was burning my hands doing so They gave me two very thin paper plates and few cheep paper napkins to eat a large pizza that cost $17.00 The pizza was half cooked and the tomatoes sauce was so acidified by not being cooked. With the pizza not being cooked when you picked up a slice to eat all the toppings slid of the uncooked dough With no table ware we had to try to put the toppings back on with our fingers that got burned again, The pizza should have been crispy on the bottom so you could pick up the slices and eat it. It was more like a wet piece of cardboard. There was not corn meal on the bottom on the bottom of the pizza, which give the pizza a definitive flavor of their pizza When I ordered the pizza there were three people working there, with nobody else ordering pizza so there was no rush to cook this pizza correctly When you have people working for you that just don’t care about your product it not only ruins the business but customers meal. For sure I will not return there again, or bring someone there and praise how the pizza is there again Thanks for making me look embarrassed with a new friend who never ate pizza there before and destroy our super Now I don’t think she will trust my judgment anymore when it comes to...
