Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rhinelander

EVERYTIME we order our food order is always wrong. The last three times we’ve ordered they’ve given us the wrong pizza, missing items, or something we didn’t order. Today we decided to try again I began ordering and appetizer and the girl was quick to try and get me off the phone before I was even done ordering. After ordering I went to pick up and once again my order was not correct. When I asked the boy checking me out he replies “yeah… I’m not sure I didn’t take it so I don’t know what you want me to do” after blankly staring he says “I can ask someone” awesome that’s what I was hoping he walks over to ask the girl that took it and she goes “yeah no she never asked for that that’s what she gets” maybe if she wasn’t rushing to get me off the phone she would have heard me say it as I repeated it twice cause I KNEW they’d mess it up. So he come back looks at me and says “we’ll she said that’s what you ordered so I’m not sure but your total is (whatever it was)” never offered to make what I HAD originally ordered or nothing I would have gladly paid for what I did order and wait considering I was...

I only order on occassion because my kids like it but usually the food us subpar. Burnt, literally soaking boxes with grease, wrong items or missing items quite frequently.

So they've done passable well in the last 6 months. They had some new people in there. My kid likes there pizza so I get it once a month. They had been doing well. No mess ups. And on ocassion the pizza was better than expected.

On the otherhand, that crew seems to have been replaced. The last pizza was not great. It was an ultimate pepperoni with extra mushrooms and cheese with ranch sauce. Kid wanted ranch. We both decided we prefer pizza sauce but that wasnt the issue. Seemed like the toppings were spare in what had been expected but we gave it a pass. Today was a different story all together. Ultimate pepperoni with extra mushrooms and cheese and light sauce. Sauce wasnot light but not a deal breaker. Mushrooms were not extra but again not the worst thing. I ordered from this Dominos 3-4 times per month. Never had an issue with delivery until today. Driver drove past my house, I called the store to ask if he missed it or was dropoff another order.

Woman on the phone said he might be dropping off another order. Next thing I know the driver goes past my house again. I call the store again and ask them if they can call the driver and let him know.

They come back on the phone and say my house in the middle of the woods doesn't have numbers. That the driver called me but I "dismissed it".

They made ZERO effort to get me my order and put the blame on me for not answering that supposed call. This is despite calling the store and telling them the driver seemed to be lost.

Despite that I have ordered from the hundreds of times without any other driver having trouble finding my home. They made NO effort to retain me as a customer. Canceled my order with the woman on the phone who seemed to be pleased...
