Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Rialto

It honestly breaks my heart to write this review, I love this place and would regularly come and dine in from time to time. From now on, I'm going to start taking my food to go.

We went in on a Monday after a stressful weekend at about 3-4 pm. We were excited because my friend and I usually dine in and enjoy coming to brothers.

Immediately, one of the servers was very rude and disrespectful. She would talk to us as if we were children who did not know how to order. It rubbed me the wrong way but we shook it off.

I did want to point out, she was the only server in the resturant. When we first initially showed up, we along side another couple, we're the only people in the establishment.

Over time, more people came to dine in. I as well work in food service and completely understand how that can be overwhelming, but kindness goes a long way. Her frustration should not be taken out on us. We did not deserve that.

I ordered my food and I remember specially asking if I was able to get cheese on my ravioli, she said she was able to put it on for an additional cost and I told her that was fine. Mind you, the way she said that to me was as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

The food arrives, and she knocks over my drink placing down the food (thankfully it had a lid), she placed it down in such an aggressive way.

We again, shook it off and just tied it back to her having a rough day.

I noticed my ravioli only had marinara sauce. I waited until she came back with other plates of our food to ask her if it was possible to put cheese on it.

She said no, due to the fact that the kitchen was backed up and busy. The way she responded was also very passive and rude.

I completely understand a busy kitchen, overall I wish it would have been fixed because I believe I was charged for the cheese as well.

Nonetheless, it took a very long time to get drink and water refills as well as getting the check.

TLTR; I love this place but the service made it extremely uncomfortable to want to dine in again. Getting spoken to like I'm a child and being stared at like I'm an idiot as well as waiting long periods of time for water as & not being able to fix the meal I paid for was...

So many issues with this place from the beginning and it was my first time ordering. I had seen this place several times and they have great reviews so I expected a good experience. Unfortunately had a really unpleasant experience. Initially I called to place an order over the phone I spoke to a Maria and was asking questions about their menu and prices as I previously stated it was my first time eating there. This woman Maria was so classless and beyond rude when I asked for the price of a 2 and 3 topping calzone. She raised her voice and said "what's the big deal it's a dollar or 2 more you can't pay that" I did not like that at all! But still place my order. Upon arrival at restaurant I was greeted by Maria again and was charged approximately $10 more than the price I was originally given on the phone. Again that did not sit well with me bt they were really busy so i did not say a word. I paid and went on my way. I arrive home and see a dark brown hair inside my calzone that was it for me! I was given the worst customer service and overcharged and the food ISNT even up to par?? I immediately emailed their catering email to get a hold of someone that wasn't Maria and I was told I would be refunded for only calzone and that I had to drive back 20 mins from my home even though I paid with my debit card to get that in cash. I explained I don't live in the area and he refused to exchange to my original payment method and said I needed to tell him when I could go in person only. I've tried going 2 diff occasions and they were closed. I have yet to receive a refund and honestly I never leave reviews but this experience was so utterly astonishing and not in a good way I came here to tell my story. Honestly not sure how this place is still open. It's stupid overpriced and that lady Maria is a piece of work. If she's too old to work why have her answering calls and talking to...

Went this evening for dinner , Our waitress was horrible she didn’t say hello how are you didn’t introduced herself our 1yr old baby kept trying to play with her she totally ignored him no customer service at all her facial expression said it all ...we ordered she brought out our soup and bread we had no utensils to put butter on our bread , she kept going to the back to be on her phone my husband finally flagged her down by this point bread was cold ... the food came after we ate she never came to ask how is everything did we need anything she went right back to the back were all the other waitress we’re at back on her phone .. we had to flag her down again for a refill on my drink.. by this point we we’re ready to leave dinner at this point was whatever..asked for boxes she brought the bill didn’t even say have a good day or nothing..I didn’t add her name cause she never introduced herself... The food was ok I can’t say it’s the best pizza in the IE though!
