The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Rialto

This is not a very warm and welcoming coffee shop I did not feel welcome to like I do when I go to Starbucks first time there was not even greeted I actually felt more ignored it is not culturally diverse either and they act a little bit more on the snooty side then they're friendly side the one that did help us tryed to make the coffee as pleasant as possible I have to admit the coffee was pretty tasty but not good enough to go back for another cup to be honest I threw away half of cup I did not even drink it down like I do most of my coffee cups I'm not a huge Starbucks fan either but I rather go for the friendly customer service and to get my name on the cup when it was time to pick up our order we didn't know who orders was who's my kids did not even like that banana strawberry shakes they made they end up throwing them away not a friendly environment will not be back ( I have to admit I did find it quite odd to walk inside of a coffee shop and not smell coffee how is that even possible)ps the coffee was extremely hot too hot to even taste the flavor so make sure you take your time to sip it or you will Scorch your tongue although I believe the experience in all deserves a 1-star I gave it a two star one because there was no line and two because it appeared to be...

This was by far my worst experience at a coffee shop. My friends and I come here to study and today my friends water slipped out of his hand and dropped his water on the floor and the reaction from the employees working the evening shift as well as the SUPERVISOR on shift at the time was absolutely unreal. They were so mean and so rude and were obviously upset and angry. My friend apologized TWICE and was completely ignored. After everything, we stayed to continue studying and the employees continued being extremely rude. You can feel how unwelcomed we were. When I would ask to use the restroom I would get attitude and I just don’t understand what for. It was an accident, nobody purposely throws water on the floor and for them to treat customers that way was just not okay. I will be calling the district manager about this issue in the morning as they went above and beyond to make us feel so uncomfortable that we had to leave. The thing that blew my mind the most is the supervisor allowed and participated in this type of behavior. I ordered two drinks. I made sure to make it clear I didn't want coffee in my drinks. I ordered a new tea boba and a vanilla frap with no coffee. I heard my name called so I went to the counter and asked if the cup was mine and the guy said yes. I tasted coffee so I went back and asked if it had coffee because I didn't want coffee. Another worker said that wasn't yours, that other guy who told me it was got mad and said it was. I threw it away. He got mad at me and said you just threw away your order. I told him I didn't order that. He insisted I did. A few minutes later my name gets called again, it's my tea, he said that the rest of your order. I told him I'm waiting on my frap, he said you don't have a frap. I think I know what I ordered. I went to sit down not knowing what to do, then my name gets called again, it's a vanilla frap "with coffee" 😠. The tea tasted gross the frap had coffee so I couldn't give it to me kids, the service was horrible. So I spent money I can't get back because I have two drinks that can't be drunk.
