Well for starters let me say that i am a fan of Jacks food. I honestly remember being eight yrs old choosing Jack in the box over any restaurant. A mushroom swiss burger and shake made me happy! Their menu changes here and there but classics remain. I love that i can order whatever i crave even in the AM! That being said ive nvr really had issues with any location in particular however this one gets something wrong every time. Ive only been to it three times(drive thru) i went at midnight on my bday for a shake only to be disappointed by them saying no shakes at that hr! Ordered a lil something and left. Finding out something is missing and you are home is the worst. I called nonstop for a cpl days and believe me it forever rings. Gave up! Another incident i asked for large curly fries. The bottom half was just fries and only top was curly! Wrong!!! Didnt bother calling but tagged on a post. Anyways i recommend the food of course. I wont be going to Rialto again though! Read moreEvery time I come to this location I feel like they give people the middle finger just for ordering food and they have to work The tacos always come out really fast. This is because they been sitting on the rack for hours, instead of them frying them for 50 seconds once ordered to make sure food is fresh for the customers. The lettuce is so dry and soggy it’s turning black, the cheese is gone, and the two shell is like a wet tortilla . I’m scared to go back amd tell them because last time I did that , I gave them back my order and they took off the lettuce off my tacos and RE-Fryed them and gave them back to me, thinking I wouldn’t notice. They should have a notice that if a card gets declined it will take 72 hours for the payment to return! Literally the manager or whoever she is was really rude and if I was the old me I would’ve told her off!
