Being very familiar with the lull times and clues to a 'dead time, i would say this wpuld have been text book example no.1 . Matter of fact with the anout pf vs. Hourly employees , i wpuld actually would probably made cuts a whle back. Her ajd i glanced the restaufant over as if i was pointing out the obvious with me "arenyou s eer ious rigjt now telepathy. I asked when a good time would be , and she ran to the back and said she 'woould be right back ". With no explination of what or how she was going to be invesgigaying into my delima. Lets back up real quick to the previous night, i came in and left my info for thr ammanager to call me. This particular night shift was staffed with a very young crew. I met the pm manager, a tall bubbly,sympathinckb african american girl. She charismaticly listened closely and intentivily to my issue. (Lending a caring ear with cpmpassiion to someone in a situation..well it goes a long say6. She ran to the back and had her cord to her device and off eer rd itbto me. wpw💥! She was willing to do that and i was impressed and okaybwith mybloss. I declined , gave her my info , and she escorted me...

I love taking my family to the Braum's off Spring Creek. It has a nice large dining area. The worker keeps the store & restroom areas clean and gives great customer service. I say this because when you take small kids out to eat at other restaurants, you will find that the eating area may be cleaned, but when you have to take your small kid to the restroom. 👀 Then, you are ready to run🏃‍♀️ out the door after seeing the mess 😱 in rest. You don't have to worry about this problem at Braum's on Spring Creek. They keep the store and the restrooms clean.🏆 Like, they are expecting their grandmother to check to make sure their room is clean. 😆 Great job! Another thing I like about this Braum's is I don't care if the line is long and goes to the front door. They are always smiling and are very professional when taking your order and their fast as they are preparing your order. 🥰 I try to visit this location at least 2 to 3 times a month or more with my kids. The only reason this got a star was because one employee was exceptionally nice. I wish I had gotten his name. I went through the drive thru and was greeted nicely but was rushed through and interrupted with a total while I was still ordering causing a mixup in which a cheeseburger I had said only pickles for ended up having cheese on it. If she hadn’t interrupted me she would have heard me say no cheese. When I paid the lady’s tone was rude and she smirked as she asked if I wanted to toss the gift card I’d used. She left the window without handing me drinks and never mentioned that my drinks would be coming soon. The nice young man approached a minute or so later when I was beginning to wonder if she had forgotten my drinks and handed me the 2 drinks. When I got home my boyfriend realized his burger had cheese on it and went back. He was told by one of the ladies that I should have said no cheese...the young man took care of the issue and resolved it. We thank the young man for his kindness but will not be returning to this location ever again. My boyfriend’s step dad goes there all the time and he will not be returning as will the rest...
