The Food was accurate as far as ingredients, however the 'baked to perfection' part was a total fail. The bread bowl is filled with outright raw dough, under the pasta was loaded with raw dough.
Called the store, was put on hold while 'waiting' for the manager. Waited for 10 minutes, before the same girl who put me on hold picked up and said "thanks for calling Domino's, please hold" I told her 'okay but Ive already been waiting 10
minutes, at which point she said her manager was 'coming' I then waited on hold another 4 minutes before accidentally hanging up and calling back... to be put on hold again.
For another 11 minutes before hanging up and calling back. When asked to hold I said "Ive already been holding close to 30 minutes now for a manager, this is getting unacceptable" I was told that "we've have a lot of people calling
in tonight... and shes on the phone right now with someone else, but as soon as she's done I'l get her on the phone" after waiting a few more minutes. The original girl who helped me apologized for the manager not picking up yet and offered to see if she could help. First she offered a
remake, but as I told her, at this point... everyone else is done eating and it'll be another 30 minutes before its here... no thanks. IF you offered that half an hour ago
instead of making me wait, that would be one thing. At this point, Im leaning toward just wanting my money back. Plus and I didn't say this, I absolutely do not trust any
food coming from this place after this service and will, and I did tell her this, I will NEVER EVER give them a cent of my business again.
The manager FINALLY picked up, didn't give her name, DIDN'T OFFER ANY apology for the time or display even the most basic of concern. She didn't say anything when I brought up the nearly 40 minute wait. And offered a remake that one piece or a 'credit' and only for the pasta, which Id have to call the store for. When I said I wanted a refund, not a credit, and I will NEVER EVER do business with them again, she didn't care at all an offered no other solutions. Please note, no WAY Id ever eat anything they make, ever dont trust that for a nanosecond. I am horrified by this level of insanely bad customer service. As I informed her, the next call is to corporate and then to the GM tomorrow for this sickening display. I offered her a chance to help me before I posted anything, she all but laughed at me on the phone and said 'go for it' said something about 'have a nice night' incredibly condescending and sarcastically then hung up on me

UPDATE. It took some effort (6 call backs on my part) but finally got ahold of the GM. Got my refund and took a bit of pressure but an apology too. Read moreSo I have been ordering from this Domino's Pizza for over a year now. I order from them once or even twice a week sometimes. Well let me tell you about the last time I ordered. I placed an order for the same thing I always get, an nd when it came time to checkout, I used my "wallet!" (Can't remember if it was my Google wallet or domino's wallet) But the card I paid with had got confiscated, and I got issued a temporary card. I called this location to make sure it wouldn't be a problem that my temporary card and my actual card didn't have the same number on them but the could copy down my temporary if they needed to. The lady I spoke with (think her name was Brenda) said it wouldn't be a problem because all I had to do, is show them my phone with my wallet and show them the temporary and it would be fine. I asked her three times was she sure and she said yes it'll be fine. When the driver came, I explained to her what I was told to do, and she asked me who told me that! I said Becky (cause I thought her name was Becky) but she said Brenda, and she said if Brenda said it's okay then it's fine. She asked me to sign for it and That's what I did. I even tipped cause I always tip them. (All of this was 02/09.) Well today (02/21) I am trying to place an order for me and my two year old son on the app,and it keeps telling me an error has occurred, so I decided to give them a call. When I called, the girl on the phone took my order and then asked me how I was going to pay! I said card, and I read her my card number. She told me, the system won't let her enter my card, and I would have to pay them cash, cause I owe them twenty six dollars from my previous order. She said the card bounced and now the general manager has to pay for that order, so I can no longer pay with my card. (I have a bank statement showing a completed transaction for twenty five dollars and some change) I let the lady on the phone know and she said I would have to contact the business office and there is nothing she can do about it. Well,I cursed her out after that. They charged my card, but say the transaction bounced and now I have to pay with cash when i don't carry cash. Smh. Seeing how much I order from them, you would think they would try to take better care of their customers. Now I have a two year sitting here, (who LOVES their wings) who can't get anything to eat because of what the DOMINO'S EMPLOYEE TOLD ME. SAD. I opened my door to see if the pizza was left at my front door but nothing was there. I immediately called the location to report the issue and was told the driver said the pizza had been delivered..Since I opened my door as soon as I received the text and nothing was there, I asked fir a photo of the delivery outside of the door. The driver could not provide one. At this point I was speaking with the manager who told me they could send another pizza but I would havetp pay a delivery fee. (which basically made me feel like he believed that I actually had received the delivery) At that point, I requested a refund but it was denied by the manager. I then asked for his name so I could report the issue to Corporate but he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I called back to get the managers name and he hung up on me again. I then drove to the store but called corporate before I walked in so a representative was on the phone when I walked him. When I walked in. I asked for the managers name but it wasn't provided. The individual at the counter called someone up front. I asked if he was the Manger; when he confirmed that he was, I asked for his name. It was at that time that he said FRANKIE. I also asked if he was the individual that I was just speaking to on the phone and he said yes. He then proceeds to argue with me again rather than working to resolve the issue. Also, unknowingly doing so while corporate was on the phone listening to everything that was going on. Frankie kept mentioning how all calls are recorded which only made me feel better as that would certainly clear up how the issue began. Before today I had ordered many times from this location. This was the first issue I've had and the experience was absolutely terrible. .They failed to deliver my order.
