Instead of accepting responsibility for the mistake, the cashier seemed defensive and eager to shift the blame onto me. I attempted to explain my concerns by asking questions about the charges on my receipt.
I wanted to understand why I was charged a specific amount and whether it was justified. As I sought answers, the cashier's demeanor became increasingly uncomfortable. Instead of providing clear explanations, he responded with, “Well, do you want a refund?” This was confusing, as I had not explicitly requested a refund; rather, I was looking for an understanding of the discrepancy.
Moreover, I had been informed by a female staff member in the back that my order would be remade due to an error. My main request was simply to receive a refund for the excess amount I was charged, yet it felt like he was reluctant to address my concern seriously. Ultimately, I walked away without any resolution, and my request for a refund for the overcharge was ignored.

Read moreWe enjoyed everything but Stephanie was extremely rude. There was really NO RULE saying you couldn’t make the street tacos vegetarian. Not only that, we paid AND sat down only to be served with 2 tacos not the 3 that were promised. When we asked Stephanie just bombarded us with “they are more expensive, no can do” and went back to what she was doing I mean are we serious? We heard that she isn’t even the manager and she’s acting like she’s the boss of the place. I mean it wasn’t even like a “im sorry we didn’t tell you,” it was more the “get outta my face” attitude. Stephanie if you read this just remember you probably aren’t fit for this job.
Jose and Melinda did a wonderful job! Thanks to both of them our experience was a lot better. Maybe give them a raise because they know what customer satisfaction is!
