I have been coming here since they opened up. The owner is very nice guy and the guy on the counter usually is amazing. Although, competition in the area is much better but I like to come to this place because of the culture and the guy behind the counter is always smiling and very welcoming.
Today I have called and ordered 5 chicken sandwiches to go, and I have informed her that I will be there in 5 minutes and she said it will take 20 minutes. I said that’s ok and I will be there. Anyway I showed up after 10 minutes and I came to the counter and I saw 5 chicken shawarma sandwiches made in Pita bread. I told her what is this? She said it’s what you asked for, I told her that’s not what I asked for. I simply ordered an Arabic SHAWRMA sandwiches. She said you have to say you want the sandwich with SAJ. And then the guy who cooks came and said that it’s already has been made and we can’t do anything about it and then he changed his mind and said fine but it will take 20 minutes. I said that’s fine I’m willing to wait. I went to my car to wait there and Then the girl on the counter “very unprofessional” started saying don’t make them he left. After I heard that I was done, I just left and will never come...
Read moreTo everyone that’s seeing these bad reviews, there’s a guy who saw a post created by one of the workers about their beliefs, and some random guy didn’t like it and so has used all his connections to post all kinds of bad reviews. Trust me the owners are friendly, the recipes are from Syria and the food is honestly mouth watering. Please understand that there are haters that will go to any length to destroy a business for the dumbest of reasons, but we should make sure their business continues to be what it is, they provide amazing quality food, and a great atmosphere. The cooks are very funny and very friendly, the owners are extremely generous to the point you will see them treat customers to food just to see them try something new in case they like it!
I love this business, I love this food, please do not listen to the hateful reviews as they are truly...
Read moreI am always a little skeptical of shawarma places as the food can tend to be dry. I will say I am very pleased with this place! When you are in Dallas, make a point to go there! The beef and chicken shawarmas were juicy-not dry. The wraps were full of flavor and very large, so you get your money's worth! The dining area was clean and comfortable! They had some pleasant Arabic music playing, and the people working there were very pleasant and had handsome smiles! Our wait was about 5 good minutes before the food was fresh and ready. They are affordable and I recommend going! You won't be sorry. Oh, I almost forgot. A HUGE thing for me is how clean the bathrooms are and how they smell. If the food is good but the bathrooms gross, I never go back. I am happy to say that when I travel back to Dallas, I will make a...
