Sandi's Drive Inn — Restaurant in Richfield

Recently we had an experience with Sandy's Drive-In in Richfield. Normally in our times of going there we've had a great experience, however we have never had an issue with our food. This time we did have an issue with our food. We got half of our and half of someone else's, Two out of nine items were correct. It was too late to reconcile the issue as they close at 8:00 p.m and we live 20 miles away. The next day I called and talked to a nice young lady who was aware of our situation as a customer before us had gotten part of our order. She said yes I understand please let me know what your order was and we'll make sure you get it free of charge. Which I thought was on par for a very good establishment. I told her the order she said yes come and pick it up. When I sent my friends to pick up the order they were given 10% off on three items and charged for the rest. Again it was too late to call anyone. So I called the next day and a nice gentleman talked to me and said we want to fix this for you we understand what happened, our owner is coming in in 20 minutes and will talk to you. I told the young man I would be away from the phone and wouldn't be able to talk right then but to give her my number and have her call me. She never did so we went twice to this establishment and were charged roughly $80.00. With the issue not being resolved and that's traveling 40 miles total for each trip! I called the third time being told that she (the owner) would talk to us. She never did. I gave her three days to respond to me with no response. Which is why now I've decided to respond to you the consumer. If I am to rate the service of this establishment, I would rate the service of the staff 4/5. However if I am to rate the owner of this establishment, I would rate it a one out of five and that is being generous as she never responded to me.

Sandi's is a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat if you happen to be in this area! My family and I stopped by the restaurant as we were driving from Bryce Canyon to Colorado and wanted a quick meal that wasn't from a fast food chain.

The restaurant has a drive through which makes to-go food super easy, but stop in if you have time! We decided to go inside and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. There weren't many people inside, so we were helped very quickly.

As far as the food goes, they have a crazy large selection for such a small restaurant. One of us ordered the Hobo fish sandwich and that took quite a while to make, so be prepared for that if it tickles your fancy. Others ordered the chicken sandwiches/ wraps and were quite satisfied.

I had to try the Triple B Burger as it looks like it's their signature dish and I wasn't disappointed! It's a ton of food for the price and the ingredients taste great. The burger patty may have been the most homemade tasting burger that I've ever had, which testifies both to it's solid/ authentic taste as well as its no frills approach to this cuisine. The prices overall are quite reasonable and basically compete with the big name fast food restaurants, but with higher quality products.

I drove up and ordered was met by a outside by an awesome server he took my order and charged my card before we even moved in line so I thought I would get my food quickly ..... Two cars ahead of me got there food and drinks and where gone before i got my drinks my order was around 20$ so I figured maybe a 5 more min wait... I wanted in line for 22mins got my drinks and the guy at the window said be right back with food which was not true then around maybe 20 mins his coworker say me waiting and I guess got my food and said he was sorry for the wait not to mention as we waited two cars behind me left.
