Bites & Brews — Restaurant in Richland Township

Well lets see since I bowl there on a league every week and we usually get food from there it started out great but now The food is getting more expensive with smaller portion and if you want something removed and something put in place of you are charge extra. A few of the wait staff is great and attentive but most of the time you have to flag someone down to get a refill and you never see them again until you flag them down again. Unacceptable, You can always find them standing around in a cluster at the bar talking and/or in the kitchen, thats when you know the owners are no where around. Also I ordered a pizza which has 1 topping but all I wanted is cheese and cheese as my one topping I got charged for extra cheese which turned a 14$ pizza into a 16$ and today I got provolone triangles that come with marinara sauce and I wanted ranch in place of the marinara sauce and was charged extra for it. My husband always got the breakfast burritos on Saturday morning when my child bowled in his league but he refuses to get them anymore bc the size of them went from being a decent size to a jimmy deans size small. I personally for myself will not get food there anymore not bc quality but how expensive it is for...

We will not be returning any time soon. We have visited three times and two of the three were disasters. Food service the first time was terrible. We were brought the wrong order twice and finally got our correct food service after a 90 minute wait. We wrote it off to being newly open. The second time I only bowled when they were dead on a Saturday afternoon. That was fine. Tonight we wanted to bowl, they couldn’t tell me when a lane might open and they said play in the arcade (aka go spend money) and come back in 30 minutes. When I returned I was it was a two hour wait. Five lanes were open. So I waited 30 minutes for a simulator to at least doing something after waiting with two little kids. Got to the simulator, it was trashed with beer cans. I cleaned it myself. A server never came to take our food order. I asked the bar staff twice to please send a server over. No one showed. I finally just asked for a refund and left. It’s a very poorly run...

Stopped in here for a quick dinner before taking kiddos to play some games and what a wonderful experience. Don't think this is just a small add on to the games, it's a full service restaurant that deserves to be recognized on its own. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with applesauce, Buffalo chicken wrap with side salad, quesadilla with fries and Buffalo chicken pizza and an appetizer of pretzel sticks. All food was really really good. Special call out to the pretzel cheese and side salad both very good. The price was reasonable. Portions were right sized and we left full and happy. They also have take out options so take advantage of that. We will definitely be back to eat and play, but also just for a dinner. There are good tv options for watching sports and specials...
