Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Richland Township

Called the local store. Ordered food for delivery. 45 minutes later door dash is contacting me saying they are 5 min away. 15 min later door dash shows up to my house and says I don't have change. I call the local store whom I ordered the food from and told them this door dasher does not have change. He said he needs to call door dash. Door dash then tells the driver if you dont have change just take the food back to the store. I then call the store back and he says only thing he can do is remake me the food and I can come to the store and pick it up. I never even ordered it from door dash. Why was I the one punished cause the door dasher has no change. If I wanted door dash I would have ordered from door dash. If the store would have told me we are sending door dash they probably don't have change. I would have paid with a card. If I wanted to pick it up I would have just did that.

We ended up ordering from Sals. I highly recommend Sals ove this poorly ran Papa...

Update 3.25.22. What the heck happened to my favorite pizza franchise?? I had a reason to call in an order and was redirected by some horrible call center back to incorrect menu and then again back to where i picked to speak with manager or check on order (as instructed) and had to listen to a hold loop of a horrible marketing crust pushing guy. I waited for 40 min. Obviously no one is answering that phone. If u have to call them forget it. My review went from 5 to 1 after this kind of waste of time...and I love their pizza the best. Sad.

Papa John's has remained my favorite pizza place in the area...and I'm from sidman and need to travel to get there. I always felt the pizza hut stuffed crust did have the edge but now they have their own. They are always pleasant and serve with a smile. They have good technology for ordering online with updates and custom order options. They have all the bases covered and delicious food...

I called to try and place an order for delivery @ Papa Johns on scalp Avenue in Johnstown Pa & they told me they don't deliver to my area to call Westmont. I called Westmont & they said they don't deliver, Richland does that they are lying. So after almost 15 minutes of back & forth I was upset. I continued to call Papa Johns in Richland and they would answer Papa Johns & just put you on hold before you could say anything. I tried numerous times for 40 minutes or more & it would be busy it they would click you on hold! I've read other reviews of them having their phone off the hook! What kind of business are you? There are a lot more popular places that would never do this! Needless to say, I gave up! They lost my business because they don't know how to juggle busy time & treat people with respect.
