Taco Bell — Restaurant in Richland Township

Courtney was my drive thru attendant! Her stunning voice and compassionate vibe was so sweet coming thru the speaker. She was very nice when I made 3 changes to a menu item! Fell in love with her hair at the window! Got to chit chat a few seconds with her :) she's an amazing worker! Hustling to get the best taco bell food I've ever ate. This is my new one to go too especially if I get to see her again! Everything was so delicious and not slopped together but made with true love! When I opened it to put sauce on it it was ocd astecticlly pleasing! Almost didn't want to add sauce ;) this physical restaurant... I love all of yah! Devoted and caring workers! They totally deserve more than what they make seeing how my food was the best I've ever had! I do nothing but live on the road and ate more taco bell than I want to admitt too but I'm in love! Yah all should be very proud of yourself and let that little voice in the back of your head let yah know it is worth it! I love each of yah who worked at 7pm yesterday if I'm correct. I got 2 cheesy rice and bean burritos. No jalapeño sauce, add black beans and grilled. Whatever time that order came thru that was me in the reverse drive car ;) love yah girl! This will always be my favorite taco bell for many reasons but the fact of the other day I've never seen so many women come together in support of another girl! Tasha came to my rescue during a harassment ordeal! She was right there and stopped the person in their tracks. I love her. Another worker who wasn't clocked in yet let me use her phone to call my friend. They allowed me to sit there as it wasn't safe to leave yet. It must have been the store manager came out and was so kind! I really haven't ever felt safe somewhere but yesterday changed my mind! Every team member here deserves a lot of respect! Started out well at first. Cashier was friendly and Courteous. Then they forgot about our order. For 25 minutes. No big order a number 6 and a breakfast burrito. All while either the area coach or general manager sat directly betting us. When she clearly hear me say it's been 15 no or 20 min no order. That 5 people in drive thru got there food. So 2 customers get there for before me. I then proceeded to go to the counter and explain how is crazy I been here for 25 minutes and have got my food. You think that the coach/gm would come and apologize no she don't. She having a good Ole time with an employee. Also crazy thing was me and another customer have hair in our food... all in say it's same higher up manager didn't have a hat going to and from the kitchen. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Today during lunch you had a manger from Somerset is he was polite and I got my food quick I should have known she was not from that store. At night I had to wait 15 min and still the order not ready to pick and no one akbologe me until the customer before me complaine he was waiting half an hr for his order and all the orders going thru drive thru and he is still waiting. The other night as tonight at 9pm they closed one side while store still open I was the only inside customer waited half an he for my order counted at least 8 drive thru order go out and when I asked the employe said they want us to do drive thru first.
