Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Richland Township

Ordered by phone on local number for Scalp Ave. store. Ordered medium veggie, thin crust pizza. Pulled in parking lot and sign in window says $12.99 any large pizza. Told cashier, Christina, inside it would have been nice if she would have told me that-large pizza was $5 less. And it would be a nice gesture if she just charged me $12.99. She said-No, can’t do that. After a slightly heated discussion, I told her I’d pay the $16.29 + tax. She said it would take 15 minutes! My “original” pizza had been ready to go. 15 minutes later she says it will be $18.33 ($1 extra for thick crust!!!). My order was for thin crust! I usually give 5 stars to most places I am a patron of( because why return if you don't like the food, right?) I was perturbed on my last visit. I was told 30 min to pick up, arrived through the door at the 30 mark and waited in front at register. I was seen bit nit spoken to. It will be a long time til I order from this one again, if ever. Ordered online, drove home 25 mins(this location was on our way home) and got an EMPTY BOX!! Called the # on the receipt and it went to a call center. Then I was transferred to the store and barely got an apology for getting an empty box which I thought my pizza was in. Yes I was at fault for not checking the boxes before leaving, but honestly, should I have to?! I will from now on! And the apology I got could not have been more monotone.
