The sushi was amazing. I've tried a ton of sushi places around Pittsburgh PA and this just barely loses the 1st place spot. This is like a 9.8 while the first is 9.9. The salmon sashimi melted in my mouth. It was tender and cut perfectly. A tiny bit of soy or salt and it is divine. I've never had octopus sashimi that was so tender and tasty. Was not rubbery at all. The spicy tuna roll had a little kick too it, and was very good. but that is from me that can barely eat spicy food. FYI jalapenos are pretty spicy too me. The eel sushi was out of this world. The shrimp sushi was prepared delicately so that it was super tender and had that nice fresh taste of shrimp. I got the P5 Sushi & Sashimi (for 2) and let the chief know what I was allergic too and he prepared a beautiful and amazingly tasty assortment for me. Was worth every penny. The miso soup was good. The custard buns were very good. I was not hopeful with that too be honest but they had good flavor and good texture. They were a nice subtle sweetness at the end of the meal. I didn't try and of their bubble tea but if it is like the rest of what I tried I'm sure it is great. Will update once I go back to try those. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves sushi. Will have to make a TikTok on this place next time I go. It is too good. More people need to know of this treasure.

Great place for Japanese food, sushi, boba tea! I believe this place used to be called Sushi Too but I guess they didn't want to be confused with the other location in Pittsburgh. I tried their chicken yumich, brown sugar milk tea (boba), and custard bun pasta. The chicken yumich was stellar. It's quite large and a little bit difficult to eat, but it's definitely worth getting. It's like a sushi sandwich stuffed with fresh breaded chicken, lettuce, crab stick, tamago, and an incredible sauce. Everything works so well together, from the sweetness in the crab and egg, to the crispy lettuce, to the very flavorful and crunchy breaded chicken. It's honestly so good and unique! The brown sugar bubble tea was pretty standard, but nice. The portion seemed pretty fair and the boba pearls were fresh. It had the perfect amount of sweetness, too, but I didn't see an option for adjusting sweetness. The custard buns were pretty good. The filling was lightly sweet but had a slight sandiness to it in texture. The outside of the bun was not very flavorful, but you do get 2 for $5 so it's a nice deal. Not sure why they call it pasta though. All in all, a fantastic new spot in Gibsonia. It's way better than the other places in the area that I have tried. Definitely make sure you get the amazing Yumich when you come here!

We had such a lovely experience here. The staff were so nice to us; the place had the perfect vibe. 🤩 My wife ordered some huge thing that kind of resembled a sandwich. It was so funny watching her eat it. She loved every bite. Video attached to this review of her trying to eat it. I ordered a sashimi platter without really studying what was included. It came with Tako, which is Japanese for "octopus". When I asked the chef what it was, he made this funny hand motion with his fingers trying to describe what an octopus looks like. We were all laughing. My wife and I each tried a piece of the Tako. It was a little too tough for my tastes, but still pretty good. No, I would not get Tako again. 🤣 Everything was fantastic, the staff were so cool, and we loved the ambiance of the dining area. We will be back soon! (There's another sushi place up the road that is also good. I think that these two places are very different from each other and so I don't think that one is necessarily better than the other. This place seems more authentic; the other one is a little bit more Americanized.)
