As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the wait staff who warmly and kindly welcomed me and I was at Table 12 during dinnertime. The manager here took care of me and lit a pretty pink candle at the middle of my table. When she came to take my order she also brought a hot hand towel with her which was really soothing after a long road trip. (I’m so glad that I stopped by after driving for 5-6 hours). One thing I noticed about this place is that they are thorough and really seek to serve their customers in very detailed and tangible ways. The first time I came, I ordered the spring rolls and the teriyaki chicken vermicelli. I was surprised by the portion size for the chicken in the vermicelli! There was so much that I couldn’t even finish everything (and I’m usually very good at finishing my food). The vegetables (carrot, onion, cucumber, lettuce) in my vermicelli was very fresh and added a lightness and textural component to the soft rice noodles which were coated with a delicious sweet, tangy, savory sauce that I added to taste. The vermicelli also came with one spring roll and it provided a great crunchy component to the dish! They told me that the spring rolls are made in house! The spring rolls contain chicken and was honestly so tasty. I definitely would try again! As you can see from my photos, I came here multiple times after as well and I can tell you that everything I’ve tried here so far was delicious! I would really recommend people come during lunch time because their lunch menu offers a bang for your buck! You’ll still get the same kind service minus the pink candle! And 100% before you leave the restaurant stop by for a post-meal treat at Fantastea which is the bubble tea shop connected to Phoevermore. Must try the Mango Passion Fruit Fresh Tea with any of their toppings (honestly)! So refreshing and sweet and the bobaristas there make sure that they are made to look pleasing to the eye!

I had an emotional moment eating this food. I'm not being hyperbolic, when I say this is the best meal I've ever had. I ordered the Bulgolgi Beef Hibachi fried Rice. It was a mouthwatering sensation. Every ingredient was fresh, prepared and made with care using home-spun recipes. The yumyum sauce was even prepared fresh from scratch. I was almost in tears over how amazing each bite was. Normally fried rice is all the same, but this one was special. The flavors were unique and every bite was fireworks in my head. I had to savor every bite. It felt disrespectful to eat this in a hurry. On top of the amazing food, our service was 5 star top tier. The server, his name was James. He was the most accommodating, pleasant, and joyful person I've ever had wait on me at a restaurant. His commitment to the industry is apparent, as he made us all feel like welcome guests, and by the end of the meal our desire to return made us feel like we were welcomed into a family. The owner and head chef came out to meet us, and he was also super friendly and gave us all the secrets to why the food is so delicious. It's clear, this food is made with love. The wait was worth it, even though it really wasn't a wait at all. They were very apologetic for the wait, but it really was such a minor inconvenience as the atmosphere was impeccable. A soft and calm dining room, that is equally warm and inviting. Our entire dining experience was amazing, and I will recommend this location to everyone I know. Bonus: the bubble tea is also amazing. Tiger Stripe tea is my new instant favorite. The price is justified, the portions are generous, and the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Top quality, this is the standard for restaurants to clear for me. Thank you once again to James, and Uncle, and everyone who made our time here at PhoEverMore unforgettable. 💜💜💜

Not gonna lie- I was a little bummed out about my first visit to PhoEverMore. We have had a great experience with the bubble tea shop that is attached to the restaurant and thought we would give it a try! My daughter and I had lunch and I really wanted to love it. On the recommendation of our server, we ordered the spring rolls and the spicy tuna pancakes. The spring rolls are great but the dipping sauce was a little bit odd- very heavy on the vinegar. The pancake was great- not at all spicy but a nice consistency and flavor that was complemented by the sauce. For our entrees, my daughter had the shrimp lomein and I had the bulgogi with rice. This was probably the saddest part. The bulgogi was somewhat greasy and yet oddly dry. It seemed like leftovers that had been reheated. The veggies that came with it tasted like they had been cooked in old, used oil. I was hoping that the homemade yum yum sauce would add something but it was just flat and unimpressive. My daughter enjoyed her shrimp and said it was “great! Better than other shrimp!” She also had the mochi for dessert. She enjoyed it, but it was clear that whoever cut the mochi didn’t even bother to wipe off their knife in between slicing the different flavors. I’m someone who will spend money on good food and a good experience. For a bill of over $100 for lunch for two, I expected MUCH better. At the end of the day, this is a spot with a lot of potential. The staff is really kind and welcoming and it’s clear that they have a passion for the business. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. Where PhoEverMore seems to struggle is in its choices and execution of its menu. Forget the fusion- give us simple, delicious, authentic Korean food!

When you walk in, this place is NICE. I was a little concerned because I’ve never had pho in a place this well appointed. The best pho is usually what some would consider a “hole-in-the-wall”, but I stand corrected and I’ll get to that.

When I got to the menu I was concerned again, there are only 5 types of pho: tofu, lobster ball, chicken, beef, seafood or crawfish. I’ve never been to a pho spot without a couple pages of options including things like tripe. I usually order mine with rare beef. What the heck though, I’m here so I ordered the “Prime Beef Pho” with eye round steak and brisket. I immediately tasted the piping hot broth and OH MY GOSH. It was incredible!

While I love pho, my husband loves vermicelli bowls with a good helping of fish sauce. He’s always gotten a combination vermicelli bowl, but again - this was not an option so he tried the pork. His remarks on food usually span from “it was okay” to “let’s come back”. He took a bite of his food and he said, “this might be the best vermicelli bowl I’ve ever had, I might have dreams about this.”

They’ve been open for 3 weeks and are dealing with understaffing issues, but the staff that’s there is extremely respectful and kind. Food was slower than you’d probably hope for, which also increased anticipation and fear that it wouldn’t be good, but it was by far not a bad wait and BOY WAS IT WORTH IT! I think speed of food coming out is only going to get better and truthfully, it could’ve been way worse.

We also tried the Korean Spicy Fried Chicken and Chicken Kebabs (for our two young kids). Both were incredible. The spicy fried chicken is literally an order of wings drenched in this amazing spicy sauce.

PHO ETIQUETTE: I’m by far not the politest pho eater as I often bite my noodles. I’m also not an expert, but was taught by my friend Triep whom grew up in Vietnam. Here’s the just of it:

Spoon in non-dominant hand, chopsticks (or fork) in dominant hand. Taste your broth before adding to it, as broth is the true test of a good pho (theirs is PERFECT).

Add the fixings you’d like to your broth. I give a good squirt of hoisin, a touch of sriracha, squeeze the lime in (don’t put the lime in the bowl, just squeeze it), tear up the basil on top.

Use the spoon for the broth and the chopsticks for the meat and noodles. Keep your head near the bowl and it’s common to slurp your noodles quietly. Don’t leave your chopsticks in your bowl when you’re not using them.

There’s more and varying etiquette, but this will get you by if you’ve never had pho. Now go enjoy some delicious pho here so that they can stay put because this is a FANTASTIC addition to...
