What an awful experience. Or should I say experiences since we’ve had to go there 3 separate times, spending almost 8 hours sitting there while they cluelessly tried to combine 2 accounts, which was “no problem” to do. We upgraded some phones too, with one not working after spending 4 1/2 hours there last Monday (our second trip there). Supposedly it would just instantly work the next day or so, and if not, “I don’t know what to tell you”. It never did and a week later we made another visit there. Because of our inconveniences, a fee was supposed to be removed from our account. It wasn’t. After making another phone call, we were told we’d receive a call the next day to discuss this. Phone call never came.

They charged me $15 more for a phone that I could have got it for directly from Verizon, even though I was paying them the fee to transfer all my stuff using SmartSwitch. Turns out, SmartSwitch is not that smart, because I had to waste hours setting up preferences and settings in numerous apps. Even the Google widget settings didn't transfer over! Read moreB.J. is amazing. I purchased phones in Ohio and was having all kinds of problems as I decided to return them after 4 days. Long story short my local store refused to help me. After a Month of calls to the care center I was given the store number where B.J. works. Even though he didn't have to help me (the problem didn't even involve his store). He went above and beyond even calling customer care and speaking directly with them to help resolve my issue. Even requested that they send me an email stating what the status of my pending credits were, and that they update me when the status changes.
