Worst teriyaki ever not gonna lie. Got a bento and the portions are literally child sized. One small ball of rice and only 1 eggroll cut in half displayed like it was two eggrolls lol??? The main dish, teriyaki chicken is at most half the portion you'd get anywhere else. I could literally eat the rice ball in two bites, I'm not even a big person I'm 5'7" lol...
Way too heavy on soy sauce and extremely salty on the teriyaki chicken 👎
also I asked for a cup of water and the lady looked at me weird like I was about to steal soda (I wasn't, i was literally just dehydrated been driving 250 miles in the desert, also chill the f out) and walked all the way around the counter and filled it up for me. When I said thank you on leaving she didn't even acknowledge me.
I'm not sure how this place has 4 stars, I'm from Seattle and we have good teriyaki pretty much everywhere and this is like the worst teriyaki I've ever had in my life. Tempura also was flavorless. Rude employee and also I could not understand her on the phone. I think richland people must have very low standard for teriyaki.
$20 meal that was value...
Read moreI love this place! Tried it 10+ years ago and remembered it being absolutely delicious. Tried it again a couple months ago and it was definitely as delicious as I remembered!
Everything we had was awesome. I don't usually like the salad dressings at these places but theirs was awesome! It was creamy and flavorful and the lettuce was crisp and fresh. We heard good things about the tempura shrimp roll so we tried it as an appetizer and we loved it. The vegetable tempura was great, the beef teriyaki had great flavor, and the fried rice is to die for. I could have eaten the whole plate to myself! Even the soda was delicious.
The only drawback was the fact that they run on a very short staff (at least when we went on a Thursday night) so the service was very slow. But I won't even take a star off my review for that because everything else was outstanding! 10 out of 10...
Read moreAwesome place. Awesome food. Best spicy beef teriyaki in the tri cities. The spice is cooked so well into the meat it’s takes a few bites to really feel it. Then, slowly, heat takes over your taste buds. It’s not exactly Ghost Pepper Challenge spice, but it’s def enough you notice. In a good way. I mean this place has unreal food. So, so good. I get it at least once a week, no exceptions. And they always give u a little side salad with Asian ginger dressing, the lettuce is fresh and cold. It’s the little things that matter in fine dining. And Bento gets them right. I hope this place stays here for a long, long time. I hope it survives Covid. I’m doing my part to make sure...
