I made a mobile order for 10 tacos and a large fry. After waiting on the side for 15 mins they finally bring out the tacos, after we parked and started to eat we noticed 6 of them were severely undercooked, like cold. I go back and ask for them to be remade where one of the female workers (didn't have a name tag, none of them did) and she told me they gave me tacos that was passed time and they should be fine but I told her I don't want them and want them remade and she was snotty about it but agreed. Then she went back and started talking in Spanish to one of the other employees that made the tacos "supposedly the tacos were cold" with hand motions, and laughing about the whole situation and I had her feel them to prove I wasn't lieing. So I then asked to speak with a district manager she refused, then I explained I know there is a # I can call to talk to someone. She then made a phone call to the store manager "Sergio". Then gave me the number afterwards. I explained everything that happened and he told me that didn't happen very rudely and "I know my employees" I asked if he was here and seen the camera and he said "no" so I said how do you know they didn't do that. Look at the cameras and see what they did. He said I will (doubtful) and told me I could either get a refund with him tomorrow or they will make the tacos and that's it but stated "I know my employees they would never do that" and said "I was being difficult and that was the only two choices I had" I asked if I could speak to the district manager and he says I am as far as anyone can talk to I told him there needs to be someone that checks the stores I can discuss this with and he simply said no. So instead of arguing with him I said thank you and bye.
I would love to talk to someone about the unprofessional I received over this. There really needs to be training, specifically with the store manager saying he knows his employees but he truly doesn't know what they're doing when he is gone.
Check the camera. I arrived at 7:34 Pacific time with a Walmart bag full of tacos. Then watch how your workers act after it. Just because I'm white doesn't mean I don't understand Spanish and you can be rude about it, hopefully someone actually takes this seriously and correct it so others can be treated better.
I love coming to this jack in the box, would come so often, but after this experience I'd rather drive from Richland to Kennewick or Pasco and go there...
Read moreDidn't have a pleasant experience. Was late to pick up food I had ordered on their app due to my mother getting into a car accident & had to go pick up my younger brother but before I could explain any of that, the man at the counter refused to give me my food, the food I ordered & paid for. So I ordered some more food, went thru the drive through this time & asked for both orders. He was extremely aggressive, rude, & unpleasant. Told me he's lucky he's doing it this time for me but next time they won't because they throw out food after an hour if you don't pick it up. I didn't even bother explaining what had happened and why I was late because I was so shocked at his attitude. They also messed up my order and forgot to put the sauce on the bag qnd I had to pay for the sauce on my card by itself for 27 cents because I had forgot to order it with my first two orders. When I called to complain the lady at first sounded smug when I had told her that I had ordered my 4 tacos with no sauce and that 2 of them did have sauce and that I didn't receive the ranch I bought. She asked "well are you gonna come all the back for the ranch then?" And I told her no and began to break down crying and explained to her how the man was so disrespectful and why I was late to pick up my food. After that she changed her tone and became apologetic. Still overall experience is...
Read moreFood was luke-warm and soggy. We were the only people in the place, first thing we heard when we walked in was one of the employees from behind the counter yelled very loudly "gawd dam!". This cussing continued throughout our stay but got so raunchy i had to go back up to the counter and tell the employees "enough!". The "F" word was used at least 15 times. It was upsetting my girlfriend. Even though we ate in, we werent given a tray or anything, had to dump our fries out on a flattened paper bag to dip em in ketchup (which i had to go back up to counter and ask for). Employees were out of control joking and horseplaying, manager (i assumed he was) was oblivious, unresponsive and rude, poorly and shabbily dressed (as were all the employees, talking loudly over the ambient noise of the place about what a good time they had the night before), kinda tossed the bag up onto the counter, said "here". Took forever to get our food although we were the only people there. Fry machine was going off constantly and it was very noisy. Disappointed because usually JIB is very good, but we left shaking our heads. Threw half of the food away. We'll never eat at this JIB again, or maybe any of...
