During remodeling, a large banner announcing the event blocks the drive thru. Every customer that drives directly to the front door is unaware. A significant number of people get out of their car, walk to the door and before or after trying the door will see a 8.5x11 inch paper that in small type announces the store is closed.
Then those scores of people return to their car and move on. If you use the drive thru, you simply drive on. If you use the lobby, you are forced to get out of your car and walk to the door to read the small print.
This has been common place in the past few years. "The lobby is closed" in small print on the door. Due to Covid, short staff, burn out and so forth. Hours have changed frequently. Lobby service has been sporadic.
The simple question is why a notice large enough to be read from the driveway approach to lobby cannot be posted? Drive thru customers are privileged to know not to uselessly enter the drive thru, arrive at the window or menu panel and...
Read moreI came to this location a few days ago and went through the drive through with my mom. We ordered TWO venti peach green tea lemonades and a $50 gift card. I had to repeat my order twice over the speaker and when I got to the window the lady there told me my total wasn’t it’s over $54.00. I asked her if that was for both drinks and she had only put ONE drink on our order, not two. I finally received my drinks and gift card and left. I had given the gift card to my dad and he went to the same location the next day to be told that there was no money on the gift card and that there was nothing the could do and the number on the back of the card had to be contacted. My mom contacted the people on the back of the card to be told that the transaction was rang up and then CANCELLED, so there was never any money put on the card. I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled and will definitely be going to a different location...
Read moreThe service here is horrid. A few weeks ago i ordered a pink drink, and it was completely rotten to the point it was chunky, and I had to throw it away. Today at around 6:35 i ordered a cheese Danish and a matcha lavender latte with almond milk, venti, and they handed me it in a Grande. When i notified them of the error, the girl snatched the drink from my hand, and was gossiping on what I assume to be me to her coworker, and handed me a new drink. It was made semi-correctly, but didn't have the almond milk substitution I requested, which was not good, as I have an intolerance to gluten and having oatmilk makes me sick.
