I rolled through the drive-thru with hunger in tow, Craving some tacos, maybe a nacho. But what did I get? A garbled surprise— A voice through the speaker I couldn’t recognize.
Was it the mic? Was it the rain? Nope—it was someone who brought audio pain. We placed our order, best as we could, Hoping they'd get it somewhat good.
We parked to inspect—oh, what a sight, Three items missing, not one in sight. And cheese, oh cheese, it made quite a splash— Exploded like rage, one violent bash.
Back ‘round I went, to try again, Waited in silence, tapping with zen. "Come inside," they said, with no regret— So I walked in, not done just yet.
"Take it all out," they demanded with doubt, Like I had some scam I was carrying out. They whispered and gossiped behind the line, Denying mistakes like it was a sign.
So I sassed back with poise and flair, Pointed to cheese still oozing there. “If you were me, and this was your sack, You’d be halfway to burning this whole place back.”
And right beside me, a poor patient gent, Waited 25 minutes, full of lament. Only to find his food incomplete— No warning, no fix, just a quiet defeat.
This place? A circus with no tent or ring, Where tacos are chaos and service means nothing. The manager? Missing in moral and clue, The owner? I’d fire them too.
If you're craving regret, then pull up a seat— But if you want food, try literally any other street. For customer care, they’ve set the bar low, This isn’t Taco Bell—it’s...
Read moreSo, I ordered my food. Got my food and started eating in the lobby. Another group of workers was coming in, and it seemed like all hell broke lose. The language from all these kids was unacceptable. It's like I was not even there. Two other customers came, and the language got worse. I asked for a manager, and he said he was new and told me 2 other managers were on duty. I spoke to Danica, and she seemed not to have a problem with what was happening. As I was talking to her, the line employee was like, "Come on bro really" Danica did not even have a problem with the employee coming out to the lobby and going back preparing food with the same gloves. There was also a person there waiting on the 3rd manager who was counting money to give her a ride who kept yelling out "yo you done counting that money we need to go." I asked him if he worked there, and he said no. But yet he was back there on the line where they are preparing food. So there were 3 managers there and NONE of them cared what was going on. This world is doomed if this is our future!!! Needless to say, I would eat here once a week, but after last night after seeing how dirty it was back there and not knowing if a real employee is making my food or one of their friends just hanging out I can safely say I will not return. This franchisee should hire mystery shoppers to evaluate...
Read morePulled up to the drive-thru to place my order there were three employees sitting in the lobby goofing off, they started waving and I really couldn't tell what kind of faces they were making while I was sitting in the Drive-Thru placing my order, I even asked the girl taking my order if those were her employees goofing off and she said no, that was a lie because after I placed my order all three of them went running to the back, when I got to the window I paid for my food and I didn't say anything but I heard one employee say "we can't even wave at people anymore" and I said I don't want to be placing my order and watching employees goofing off, the girl hand at me my food and told me I needed to calm down and I told her that I don't appreciate the way the employees are acting and that it was very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, she then stated to me this is not a high-end place so I'm assuming because it's Taco Bell she's basically telling me that the customer service is not going to be great and then she closed the window, when we got home we checked our food are food and everything was cold or lukewarm like it was already pre-made in just sitting there waiting for people to order it, I am going to follow up with corporate on this matter because this is the first time that I've had a bad experience at this...
