Subway — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

There was only 5 stars if I could have i would have gave it minus a few stars ! I have ordered from here before not always but most of the time fair The last order on Saturday @ 607 pm or so I picked up my online order when I unwrapped my sandwich first off way too many toppings expecially onions they was hanging off the sandwich almost out of the wrapping . Then I discovered I had some kind of bread I had never ordered . I checked my online order to make sure of my choice it was not what I ordered it was so hard I couldn’t eat it .i will not be coming back to this location! There was no one in the store when the two gals finally come from the back they never greeted me they gave me the look “what do you want “ I then ask them , How y’all doing ? I don’t remember if they bothered to answer by that time I was totally over it. Rude is not acceptable. I told them who I was and why I was there took my order and left wondering why some one would dislike their job so much? Not impressed with you service or food order . I will go to the Subway allllll the way up by publix before I come here. They do not use clean knives on customers orders. I've been in too many times to count where they don't even wipe it off and try to touch my food with it. People have food allergies, you know. The guy before me had chipotle sauce all over his sandwich and the employee didn't wipe it off, and stuck it right in my sub. I made them remake it. This has happened too many times. After three chances, I will no longer give you my business. The other TWO subways in this town are way more clean...

Alright so I stopped in here after work, was extremely busy with atleast 12-15 people in line waiting, with only ONE single employee making the subs. She was absolutely running that line and still being extremely friendly. I asked her where the crew was, and she mentioned she was the crew! What a boss. Great attitude and great service. I did not mind waiting a few extra minutes whatsoever. Give this woman a raise or something for holding it down! I saw only $3 in the tip jar and could not help myself but to tip heavy because we’ve all been there. Keep up...
