Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

Mostly the pizza is good. Been overcooked a few times, especially the cheesy bread. They usually ALWAYS forget the extra sauces they of course charge for which ruins the experience almost every time. I am sure, even when ordering online, to call in to remind them to include the paid for extra sauces and still, THEY FORGET THEM CONSTANTLY. I have received discounts in the past as this has become such an issue so the managers are good for that, but it continues to happen. I have literally at times ordered from their biggest competitor, who I don't like their food as much, just over this sauce issue. No joke!!! It has become that aggravating!!! It recently happened again and the drivers ALWAYS SAY THEY DON'T CARRY EXTRA SAUCES! Well, moving forward they should do so. I could see my asking for something I didn't pay for to get for free, but when I order and pay for it and have to then wait on them to come way back out here, usually hours later with other deliveries then coming first, I get so mad that I don't want to even eat my food. I will not be ordering from here again. My son had friends over and so I decided to just order pizza to be delivered. I ordered online a medium cheese, a medium peperoni, and a large supreme.

When the pizza came the supreme did not look like the pan pizza I had ordered. The dough was not the crispy that we were used to when ordering at any other pizza hut. I called and spoke to the manager who insisted it was a pan pizza. When we finally decided to try it, the pizza dough was completely raw in the center and to top it all off the cheese pizza had a hair in it.

I called again and spoke to the same manager. I explained again the situation and he never offered to make it right. I asked him to please take the pizza back and just refund us as we would not eat the pizza. He refused saying all he could do was give me store credit, which I declined as I explained I have no desire to order from them again if this is the idea of what a pan pizza should be like.

Needless to say they lost my business. There are lots of pizza joints here in Richmond hill. Do yourself the favor and go to...

Ok so when your expecting your pizza at the time the pizza tracker says it will be delivered, make sure you include an extra 30 mins. Apparently the driver takes multiple orders, which is fine i understand that, but shouldn't the tracker have the correct time on? Should the tracker update itself of time frame so your customers are not upset? The time that is posted for deliver that you send to your customers, is a guaranteed time, not when the driver decides to show up. The time frame you give should not say it will be here at an expected time you think your customers will be happy with. My pizza is now 15 mins late and im not happy because it told me 4:55pm. If you do not want your customers calling because there pizza is not there when it says, and the girl on the phone says it has a 30 minute delivery time from when the driver leaves not from when they order it, maybe you should rethink the time frame or make faster deliveries........
