American Buffalo Wings Grilled Fish and Subs — Restaurant in Richmond

Within minutes of my post the lady called me back and handed the phone to her daughter who listened to my complaint, apologized and even asked what they could do to make it right!!! I didn’t want anything else. This was not about money ( a refund was not requested or offered)

I was just very pleased at the level of customer service, as you don’t see service like this these days!! To call me back was so nice and she was very sweet on the phone. Increased my score from a 1 to 3 stars because of the customer service!

-original post- I ordered grilled shrimp and rice. I will say the lady on the phone was nice enough, until I called back to complain. Then she couldn’t understand me. When I received my food. I was so excited to see such big shrimp that I dove right in then I was severely disappointed! Not only were the shrimp over cooked they were not cleaned at all!! You can literally see the poop! I had shared my food with my son I immediately threw it all away! I will NEVER go back...

I ordered a 2 pc whiting with shrimp expecting to sink my teeth into a wealth of a healthy fillet, instead the fish was crispy and flat as a thick potato chip. The shrimp was mostly breading with mashed pieces of meat inside and the fries were weird tasting as I spent close to $12 that meal had made in China written all over it as if it only costed $2 to make and $1 to prepare. It's been several hours since I digested that abundance of msg of a meal and I feel nothing short...

It’s okay. Got the shrimp fried rice and it was disgusting…just threw rice in a container, added a little soy sauce, chopped up some carrots, fried a lot of eggs and diced up some shrimp, mix it up together and WHAM! there you go…I just threw it away. The owners are friendly, but please take that shrimp fried rice off the menu!!! It’s horrible. It cost $6.98 but charge another $2.00 just to add eggs. I thought eggs...
