KFC — Restaurant in Richmond

Had the worse experience for customer service during covid19 ever! I called to complain about 2 previous orders. I was told by the manager she would put my name down and I could get my order replaced.

I come by 2 weeks later and try to get my order replaced and James Shaw, the manager on duty, tells me that not only is he not going to replace my order, while his employees laugh in the background, but he also tells me he is not allowed to give me the district manager's number or corporate office's number so I can complain. It's bad when you have a KFC like right down the street from you but you have to go out of your way or go to Popeyes for good customer service. I rarely go to KFC anymore since Popeye's came to town and the few times I go back, I get bad customer service. Was not good at all. I went through the drive thru on 10-26-2018 at about 9:22 pm and stood in the line for 25 mins before placing my order and had to repeat my order after the KFC person acted like she heard it at first. I then had to wait another 10 minutes behind a truck that was already at the window waiting on his food. the truck that was in front of me at the window was beating on the door exchanging words with her and waiting and waiting.it seems suspicious the truck waiting for his food and no one came to the window. Another car was behind me and all I did was just got out of line and left and didn't bother to wait no longer in the Drive-Thru line. I stopped here because I couldn't get I the Wendy's down the street. I needed to use the restroom and get lunch. When I went to use the restroom in KFC they had a sign on the door of the restroom No public restroom. Well I went in anyway I could wait anymore. Cause these are the only 2 restaurants on the street or close by. Well after I used the restroom. They very clean and smelled nice they had hand soap toilet paper paper towels I than went out and order a 2 piece chicken meal. They didnt ask which kind of chicken I wanted it was supposed to come with a leg and a thigh. I got 2 legs extra crispy. I like original.
