I stopped in for a cup of coffee around 12:30 pm and a young lady took my order for a large cup of coffee after few minutes of watching three people standing in front of the monitor that showed the orders a good 3 to 4 minutes passed and no one was getting my cup of coffee, so I asked the young lady at the register and she proceeded to leave the register to go and pour me a cup of coffee, however they didn't have enough coffee to of filll a large cup, so I was under the impression they were going to make a fresh pot of coffee. They set a coffee pot on the coffee maker, but after a few more minutes I noticed that it was not brewing so I asked them about it again and then one of the employee as if I still want a coffee. I said yes and I then I asked what can they give me as a complimentary such a pie or something for all the time have been waiting for the coffee in fast food restaurant? One smart mouth arrogant young lady said to me "that nothing is free in life" and that they stop brewing coffee around 10 am. I spoke with the manager and she nor anyone else felt the need to compensate or apologize for the ten minutes i lost waiting for a cup coffee. I then asked for money back and left. I will not be going back to your ghetto mentality Burger King. The personnel and management need training, especially on what to say and what not to say to a customer. I will be telling all my friends about your store ...
Read moreI had a coupon for a breakfast meal, but I can’t drink coffee for health reasons - so I asked if I could get ice tea instead. I even suggested they just put tea in a coffee cup. I know this doesn’t cost the company more money (probably less), yet I was told there would be a $.99 charge to do that. Which was 1/3 of the entire coupon value. I left with no drink at all - but I called the customer service line to inquire as to why the company discriminated against people who have health issues with coffee? She couldn’t answer that question - but agreed that it sounded like a ridiculous rule. She asked if I wanted a call back from the district manager or an email - and I opted for the call. I wanted to leave the conversation with a great understanding of why only coffee drinkers are allowed the full value of their coupons. That was three weeks ago. No call back ever came. And the icing on her cake? The order was wrong when I got home with it. They included the wrong breakfast meat. No drink, wrong order. No response from the company.
I went to McDonald’s more recently for a breakfast meal and asked if I could get tea with my meal because of my coffee issues. Not only did they happily do so for no extra charge, they also gave me a large - for no extra charge.
Bottom line: Burger King puts no value on the customer. And they clearly have issues with people who can’t...
Read moreQuality of the food used to be almost always great but now you have to pull the burger apart to find any lettuce or tomatoes not to mention the bun being bigger than the meat but believe it or not there is one thing that is worse than that... the Customer Service! It is Always and I mean Always HORRIBLE! That's why I always go to the drive-thru. It's my way of hoping not to see how ghetto and unprofessional the cashiers are to customers. But like most of the time I found myself having to go back because items were not correct or not in the bag at all and cashiers are very nasty and disrespectful to you when you show them that something is wrong. This is not just one isolated incident. It has been several times. The last time I called back and they took my name and told me they would replace my order the next time I came in. I got there and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. My name was nowhere to be found. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money anywhere else other than the burger king at southside plaza in Richmond Virginia. I found myself driving out of my way to find a different location to go to like the one on...
