Subway — Restaurant in Richmond

I was very disturbed with my experience.First I let them know I had a coupon they later denied at the register.Even though it stated that they are a participating location.Ok I couldn't use the coupon no big deal even though it's false advertising, they were rude to me after.I still continued the purchase and watched the cashier use gloves on the cash register and then to make a sandwich without switching them out.The man was refilling the cheese and meats with no gloves and his mask down.It was a number of things wrong with this location,so after I seen that I lost my appetite and didn't even want the food.I will never come here again it's unsanitary.Very displeased!I would not recommend this...

The worst sub sandwich I have ever eaten. The menu posted on their wall was different than any other menu I have ever seen at a Subway and took me a long time to read it. Not a lot of options to choose from to put on your sub. Half of what other Subways offer. The wheat bread was not soft at all and actually very chewy. There was no taste in the cucumbers which was odd. The lady behind the counter spoke broken English which wasn't a problem until she said something to the guy behind the counter and he looked up at me. I couldn't understand what she said to him. I thought that was rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend taking your business to another Subway. That was my first and last...

I’ve been coming to this Subway location since 2001 and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and fast, and they make sure my sandwich is made just how I like it. The food is always fresh, and I love the variety of toppings available. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, which makes it a pleasant spot to grab a quick meal.
