Cheung Wah Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Richmond

Called in an order of pork fried rice no vegetables. When I went to pick my order up the lady said..oh no vegetable sorry we make in 20 min. I hear her tell the men something about remaking my order. Then a min later I see on of the cooks grab with his a handful of meat with his dirty bare hands and put it in one of the rice boxes. When he did it I was completely shocked and him and I made eye contact. I didn't say anything yet because I wasn't sure what I just saw until I watched him take the box to the other man who was cooking my rice. The man who put the uncooked meat in the box kept looking at me every few seconds nervous like he was wondering if I saw him. The I say the rice cooker take the box with the meat and dump in in the rice he was cooking. So I asked the lady is that my food? She said yes, I said oh no it's not. I just watched that cook touch many dirty things and then reach his dirty hands in the meat and dump it in a box for me. That's nasty I'm not eating that. The lady did not seem surprised that he did it only surprised I saw it. He must have been mad my order was made wrong and tried to retaliate since she thought I never said no vege. Either way it was nasty and I took a refund instead. I will never eat...

Ive been here twice 1 year apart and the food was the same. I ordered sesame chicken,fried rice and pork egg roll,the second time with fries. The food was tasteless both times. The fries were unevenly cut,some thick ones,thin ones,short ones,tall ones. They also were unevenly cooked some were hard as rocks,some were super soft. When I walked in, a young lady was at the counter taking a phone order. Once done, she looked at us and walked away. Another employee came over to take the order.
