purchase dishwasher from 3720 National Rd E, Richmond, IN 47374. I paid for total tech . They sent out Travis to install dishwasher. He was carless did not care . Install dishwasher saying " It was good enough" This was May 20 2023. They left ran dishwasher that night get up on May 21 2023 my floor and kitchen cabinets are setting in water. I called best buy right after notice this. Spend over 6 hours with them getting the run around. Then been told it's out of my hands from store manger. I asked when can someone come out and look at what your people did to my house. It will b 3 weeks for some one can come out. That is unacceptable or I cannot be without a dishwasher or that long so I got a license plumber to come out verified what Best buy did and set the damage in my whole kitchen and my floor now I have to get it fixed and be without a kitchen for a few months then I get my house back together Best buy needs to the conversate me for all my time, misery , damage are going through this. On top of this they canceled my warranty from there mishap this is very unprofessional in return I should get a new dishwasher because it lost water but instead they want to cancel my warranty I would never do business with Best buy again I recommend anyone else did the same. We did however get a soundbar here and it was great in the beginning but it became more troubling and a stressor if the bass was too loud or not because the cops kept getting called on us. So upon trying to return it we faced some issues with a manager named Amber. Since it was passed the refund date we knew that we could only get store credit which is fine, because all we wanted was to get one more fitted for our house and for us. The manager my husband delt with made him feel like we didnt know anything about the product even though we had read the manual forward backward and sideways and then made it seem like all we wanted was our money back and said "well I can only give you store credit" which was fine. More than enough of what we wanted cause at least we could get a sound system that was good for us. But the way she handled it made my husband not want to even step foot in this store so I went in and exhanged it myself and got nothing but the best help from the employees and they were nothing but helpful. Maybe they should look into who manages this store if that is how she chooses to "help" customers. Clearly isnt fit for customer service. So my 4 stars are for the employees under management doing exactly what I needed of them. Well done...
