China Express — Restaurant in Richmond

I have given this business a 2nd, 3rd and 4th chance to get it right and they still have not done it. There are many residents in Northside along with my family who have been patronizing this location for decades and I can honestly say that this is the absolute worst ownership to date. They consistently send out food that they know is a day late and reheated. I am truly disappointed and fed up with this business and it's ownership for insulting the Northside community's intelligence by serving terrible food on a consistent basis. I ordered food last week and there was no forks spoons or napkins in my bag i had ask the delivery man if he had any because I just moved in to my new place i dont have anything in my house he told me to call the restaurant i was like really??? I just threw my hands up in the air luckily my new neighbor was home and provided me with utensils. The fried chicken wasnt cook thoroughly but i still gave them the benefit of the doubt and i wanted to order food and I have been calling all day for food delivery TODAY and noone was picking up the phone. Are they still open??? Or did they blocked my number for raising my hands up in the air ???...

I will never order food from this place again. Dumplings came RAW. Wonton soup dumplings tasted spoiled. Chicken and Pork Lo Mien was grainy and tasted burnt. The food arrived 20 minutes after we placed our order, I would have preferred it took an hour and was cooked well. Steer clear of this place. Just spent $60 on food that has to go in the trash and of course the restaurant wont do anything about it. Order from Full Kee instead, they will never disappoint.
