Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

I’ve had problems in the past. Not getting things that were ordered. Little things like a dipping sauce or a 2 liter once… Today I ordered 4 hours in advance for an office pitch in to pick up at 1145.. I get there at 1150 after sitting at the drive up window for a few minutes and no one shows up I call the store to say hey I’m at the window. Once they do show they tell me my order hasn’t been prepared nor even put into the oven yet. He tells me I can come inside or wait at the window and runs off I assume to try and hurry. 20 minutes later a different employee shows up with the order, apologizes but no offer of discount or something for next time. So food is late for the people at work had to wait on me, I burned up a considerable amount of my break time waiting.. why place a future order with ample amount of notice to still not even have started it by the pickup time. Garbage really. Won’t be coming back. At least attempt to make it right.....

Obviously I was told that a manger over looks my order every time because I called over a dry pizza. So this evening I ordered about $40 worth of food and the pizza I ordered was DRY and hard I asked for NO dill butter, just regular butter but got dill butter instead and I ordered 3 drinks one was supposed to be sweet tea and light ice, instead it was no ice and unsweetened tea BUT the only thing I called in for was the tea because I didn't want them to repramend by the management! I shouldn't feel this way because I spend way too much there. This week alone at least $ 100 there a lot of it was not what it should have been but I didn't complain because, who wants to be talked...

I would like to say thank you soooooooo much to this dominos they are great I was having a really stressful day and it was my sons 9th birthday and It took me roughly two hrs to decide what to get the kids but I finally said screw it and decided to go with them and it was the best decision I did the food was beautiful delicious and perfect and the service was phenomenal thank you guys for making a hectic day less hectic and making my sons special day special thank you again I would post my video but for some reason it won’t post but they definitely out did their self so thank you to the dominos teams that handled my sons pizza party dinner you are forever...
