Midnight's Soulfood Catering truly exceeded our expectations! Chef Amp went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute catering request for a family event. Not only did he provide outstanding food, but he also assisted with arranging tables and chairs, making the day even more stress-free.

Chef Amp's professionalism, friendly demeanor, and clear communication made the entire process a breeze. He guided us through menu selection and portion sizes, ensuring we had just the right amount of food. The pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other caterers in the area.

The food was exceptional—every dish was a masterpiece, rich in flavor and prepared with great care. Our guests were thrilled and couldn't stop praising the food. We barely had any leftovers, which is always a great sign!

Our menu included Fried Chicken, Fried Fish, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Macaroni & Cheese, Collard Greens, Sweet Candied Yams, Peach Cobbler, Cornbread, and Sweet Tea/Lemonade.

We will definitely be calling Chef Amp again for future events....

Midnight's Soulfood Catering and chef Anthony saved my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party from disaster! I was in a bind when previous catering plans fell through, three days before the event and Chef Amp agreed to save the day like a true MVP! The food was absolutely delicious. People kept talking about the crapcakes, the chicken, the rice, and the green beans the most. But I still don't understand how he made the beef sliders taste so flavorful. And the salmon was seasoned to perfection! I can honestly say, I've never enjoyed a slider as much as I enjoyed those. The icing on the cake for the entire experience was that he and his staff brought such a pleasant vibe to the evening. Everyone loved them and their food. If you're thinking of hiring Midnight's Soulfood for your catering needs, trust me, do it! You won't be disappointed!! All I say is thank you for making my son's 20th birthday the talk of the town. My guest were still talking about how delicious the food was even days after the event. The baked chicken was mouth watering the seasonings were perfect. The crowd favorite was the Mac and cheese and the peach cobbler. The string beans and Mashed potatoes were very delicious as well. I just wish I ordered the corn bread vs. the dinner rolls. Anthony is about his business and took the time to calm my anxiety because I have been in different situations where the food was horrible. He ensured me that I wasn't going to have that issue with him. He was a man of his word. He was on time with my delivery and set up everything for me.
