When I first walked in, the place was absolutely beautiful but as soon as I approached the register that’s when problems started to occur. the male cashier with short blonde curly hair was on duty today and he was extremely rude and made my experience very unpleasant/uncomfortable *nobody had name tags so I must say specific details to describe him. Whenever I tried to ask about menu options he was very short/sarcastic with his responses and when our food was finally ready he slid the food on the counter and never actually put the food in my hands. I had to go back up to the counter to ask for my water that I purchased because it was never given to me. When he made the water he sat it down away from me without saying anything. So I had to walk to get the water where he put it. The food was very much mid and I love tacos but this was literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The guy on duty today seemed very prejudice towards me.. he didn’t act that way towards anybody else but me and I don’t appreciate the way I was treated at all. You don’t have to worry about me ever...

EAT HERE!!!! It’s life-changing. My husband got the Chicken Burria tacos and I got the carne asada tacos with cilantro and onions. Both were so amazing. I couldn’t stop eating them! Each taco has a large portion of meat and to be honest I was full after two but couldn’t stop myself from eating the third. Their white sauce is also really good! They have a nice little patio area outside by the pickup window, perfect place for a fall date night. I was going to take a picture but I couldn’t stop myself from eating before I did. It was that good!!! We will be back for sure!

Update 12/23/2021

I am just here to update my review. I wish I could give them 10 stars. We have eaten here several more times with take-out, and each time they amaze us. They continue to add things to the menu and I keep trying more food that literally blesses my taste buds. If you’re wondering what to get, nothing will disappoint here. Just...

The food was sensational! We came for the Birria Taco hype and were not disappointed. Though cooked to excellence and bursting with crazy savoriness by themselves, the flavor train truly hits when dipped into the broth.

Enjoyed the atmosphere as well. Very spacious and the neon lighting upstairs made it feel as if we were dining in a scene from Blade Runner.

The service facet is what let us down. No greeting upon arrival, no signs to address seating and no idea where to go or how to start. We eventually asked the gent behind the pickup window, who generously guided us in the right direction.

Perhaps it's our fault for expecting the typical restaurant experience with a hostess, waitress, and whatnot. But the overall occasion couldn't help but feel a little too impersonal and uninviting.

Nevertheless, we'll definitely be returning, and our next visit is bound to be better with our newfound understanding of...

Great place to dine and have a few good drinks! Definitely a solid 4/5 for the food and drink selections. Y Tu Mama is located inside The Veil. Which is great when you're having a few drinks and want something to eat or snack on. The Food: I went here on a weekend and decided to give the food a try with a few friends. I decided on the Beef Birria Nachos to pair with my drinks and it was delicious. The nachos are very generously portioned and the beef Birria was flavorful and tasteful. There was a fair amount of everything and it all worked very well together. The Service: The service was great! Even for being busy on a weekend, the lines were moving fast and the food/drinks were able to get out in a timely manners staff were friendly as well! Solid 4/5! I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking for some good beers and good food.
