Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Richmond

I really tried to give this sonic the benefit of the doubt but this location is horrible! I’ve had to come back to the store after I’ve ordered on Uber eats or DoorDash because they gave the driver an order that was not mine. MULTIPLE TIMES! Today I go there to get two bags of ice. I wait for the bags of ice for 10-15 minutes. Nobody has come to see if I needed anything. I press the button to ask how much longer did I have to wait for my bags of ice. I was told not much longer. Mind you I am the ONLY ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU. A guy comes out and tells me they forgot to ring in my bags of ice and that he will take care of. He proceeds to then tell me an inappropriate story of an encounter he had with another guest. I’m still waiting for my two bags of ice that were never rang in 😒 ridiculous! Needs improvements in the taste and freshness of the food. I was high dissatisfied with my order. My burgers were extremely soggy the tomatoes were soggy the pickles were not good sauces everywhere but on the burgers. My total was 6.26$ I gave .26 cents and for $6 even to be charged to my card the lady told me the “machine acts up” im not sure if it would take it.” I said okay. She comes back to me and says she couldn’t take the .26 cents and that she charged $6.26 to my card. I am extremely upset it’s the lack of communication I wasn’t comfortable making a charge like that. This is another place I will be avoiding in the future. Multiple times, I've visited hoping for better service, but it's always another letdown . I frequented before and received rude service from an elderly woman . (Let's just hope grandma moved away) I got there at noon on Saturday [3/16/23) and waited at least 20 minutes for my order . They said it takes at least 15 minutes to prepare the food ... wait, what -maybe from turning on and start up ?
