Hubbie and I adore family owned businesses....This amazing lovely and quaint little Mexican gem may seem like it should be tucked off somewhere but it's actually in plain view off ALT 90 in the sweetest part of Richmond, TX where it's family owned and operated now for the past 6 years! The entire staff was gracious, hospitable, very friendly and professional.
We were greeted by both the owner himself... PETE and his lovely wife who offered us to make ourselves at home and we could sit anywhere....so we took a window seat, ANTHONY the server and Aunt ELVINA treated us with the best love and care and absolutely every single dish served was 5 stars and then some more stars! š¤©
The homemade guacamole, salsa and chips were beyond just good and tasty and our appetizers samplers had its very own impeccable taste and made of excellent quality. Hubbie had the grand burrito and I had barbacoa nachos....yummy indeed
This little restaurant gave us another best customer service experience and since COV19--we haven't had this type of high expectations in years; but this place broke the mold for sure. The prices were very adorable and serving portions were more than enough. And the restrooms were quite clean and tidy as well.
I highly highly appreciate the way the entire staff welcomed, treated and served us as if we were their family and it's places like this that I'd highly recommend that each person reading this review would go and visit for themselves and enjoy the atmosphere the open space and ambiance that it offered us.
This is why I had to do an honest, wholehearted review with pictures and share this wonderful Mexican grill with the world. Not only were our hearts warmed but we left with full bellies and leftovers as well. We were so satisfied and happy we tried this place and we'll be back again and very soon and we sincerely hope you and your family will visit them like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAte here last Friday and I havenāt stop thinking of this place, unfortunately not in the good way. Went in around 2-3pm with my kiddos who arenāt picky eaters what so ever. We ordered chips with queso and thatās where the problem started. What they called queso was unflavored and reminded me of the enchilada brown sauce. We moved on and we ordered kids cheese enchiladas and I ordered chicken enchiladas. The rice mustāve been brown rice and was cold and crunchy like old rice the tortilla in the enchiladas were hard and cold. My son turned to me and said ā no offense but this isnāt good at all, the beans Iāll eat.ā As far as service we got seated and our order was taken and delivered and that was it. I have to add that it was extremely overpriced for the quality...
