Blonde lady with the pony tail lacks customer service. Absolutely disrespectful and racist. I brought to her attention that my ice chai tasted like just milk. Instead of helping she said “ you know ice chai is just milk and chai”. You failed to understand that some people actually spend their money consuming iced chai a few times a day so to treat your customer as ignorant people and argue with them and refuse to help is a disservice to the name of the company you’re representing. You lack customer service and it’s disgusting to be served by someone who dislike customer service. You ruined my experience with your coffee shop with your disrespectful and argumentative attitude. Your co-workers remade the chai tea after you’ve refused to help me but it’s too late. The damage is done. I hope management gets rid of this woman. I can only imagine how many other customer she’s disrespected. You do not belong in the service industry, your service is a disgrace for those who work hard around you....

my boyfriend and i live a few blocks away from stir crazy and love supporting small businesses. unfortunately, the last three times we've been here for chai tea latte's they've been 80% milk with no true taste of chai. our first two times we thought may have been a fluke as when we were watching the girl make them she seemed new. today, it happened for a third time even after we tried switching it up and getting one hot and one iced, but i was handed a completely WHITE drink in a clear container for my iced chai. because of the number of times this has been an issue lately, when we used to LOVE their chai's, i asked if this was the normal color their chai tea should be and they took mine back and "fixed it" - which is what you see in this photo.. still EXTREMELY white with minimal to no true chai taste. sad to say i don't think we will be giving them any more chances after three huge disappointments and "chai latte's" that...

Asked for a mocha. He quoted me a price and then said “whoops, forgot to add the mocha” then quoted a higher price. No big deal. However, they forgot to add the mocha to my latte. Mocha must be hard to remember. This was my first visit here. Not a great first impression. Good news, my plain latte was actually decent. On the fence whether I should try this place again.

Edit: Just went back. Explained to the lady at the counter that the last time I was here I got charged for mocha but got just a plain latte instead. She tried to explain that they use a dark chocolate as if I’ve never ordered mocha from anywhere before. Lol Didn’t offer to fix the issue in anyway. Still charged me the extra $1. Definitely has mocha this time but it’s not the best I’ve ever had. But then again it could be the customer service that left a bad taste in my mouth. Keep my $1 because it’ll be the last time I...

Went here for brunch/ lunch on Sunday around 12PM. Didn’t know it was going to be so popular. Masks are required to get in and when you move around, but it’s fine to remove when you’re sitting and eating at the table. It’s a cafe yet their portions are the size of restaurants. We got four different sandwiches/ entrees. Their drinks came out first. Chai latte was good but had a lot of ice; purple lavender had a unique taste and color. The wait time for the food took a while with all of the people there and probably because we ordered multiple items. We drank some of our drinks while waiting and had some Nightingale ice cream. My favorite food was the salmon bagel and the diced watermelon. The egg wrap was ok but tasted a bit dry and overly crispy. Didn’t have enough stomach room to try the other two sandwiches, so we took them to go in a box.

Was very pleasantly surprised by this little gem! I met a friend here for breakfast and we both had a great time! They have an extensive breakfast menu, as well as lots of different seating areas (including a quieter area for working tucked in the back). It leans in very heavily to the local scene, with local jams and spreads on display. I got the Country Ham Biscuit, which was delicious, and can't wait to come back and try something else! It's a very cute space, and there are some small outdoor tables as well. My one gripe is that there aren't a ton of outlets in the main space, but I imagine if you came early and snagged a spot, you could claim an outlet. It's a popular local spot for working professionals as well as parents grabbing a quick bite. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the north side area!
