Their delivery service is horrible. They called us back after placing the order and said it would be an hour. No problem we can come and get it. Then they call us back a couple minutes later and said 20 minutes. Ok we can wait. 40 minutes pass they call us back. I thought you were picking it up. You said you would deliver in 20 minutes. Husband goes to pick it up. Then a couple minutes after he leaves the driver show's up at the door. No I am not making this up! Then so is my husband bringing home food? Are we going to be double charged? The driver couldn't speak English. Trying to get the point across with his phone app. It didn't work. Looking at me like a deer in headlights by now. I said cancel the order. Then now I am still waiting for my refund. I called about the refund and had to repeat to the girl. No I just want my money back. She kept saying "we can make this meal again for you" no listen we will never order from this company again. We want the refund. 4 times repeating this and I think she finally got it. We will see if I get the refund in 3 days. If not we will be going around this...

Our family of 6 ordered from here last night... Let me start that when we started opening the boxes, we got a big whiff of cigarette smoke. We actually started blaming one of the males in the house thinking that maybe he had previously smoked. He didn’t... Well, taking a deeper look, we smelled our 2 boxes of chicken fried rice, and they had a very intense aroma of cigarette smoke that was very odd. All 6 of us smelled it. We all made comments of it, brushed it off, and continued to put food on our plates. Once we started eating the fried rice, we all spit it back out. It quite literally tasted like we were smoking a cigarette. It was 100% inedible and all 6 of us were baffled and still cannot figure out what could have happened to make it smell/taste like that. Along with that, most of our other food wasn’t great either. We threw away about 80% of the entire meal. We will never be ordering...

What happened to you guys? I am so disappointed in our order that we just received. $49+tip and delivery charge. Mongolian beef lo mein and moo shu pork. It ended up being Mongolian vegetables and moo shu vegetables and a few tiny pieces of meat thrown in. Moo shu pork comes with sauce and you did not send the sauce. Your food used to taste very good. Now everything is bland and tasteless. I cannot stress our disappointment in your food as of late. Quality is non-existent. This was the last order you will get from us. And I will no longer suggest to anyone that they should patronize you. You have lost a valuable customer for good. Too bad you had to cut corners this drastically.
