Taco Bell — Restaurant in Richmond

I visited yesterday with my husband and 3 dogs around 3:30pm for a quick bite. We were not given a receipt with our order and when we opened the bag we noticed on item was missing. The employee who brought us our order asked us for our receipt, which we then realized we weren’t given. He asked to us to hold up the food and what we were missing. He didn’t know what to do and went back inside. We proceeded to go back through the drive-thru after waiting again for the car in front of us. We told the person on the speaker we were just through and missing an item. They asked what it was. We had to ask if they wanted up to pull up to the window. We were greeted with 3 employee asking for our receipt where we explained specifically a small Asian-looking young woman and we explained again we were not given one. They asked again what the missing item was. They made it and handed it out where we asked if we could please have more Diablo sauce. She handed us 4 packets and said “for future reference it’s only one packet per item”. Really?! I visit Taco Bell every week in Kenosha off highway 50 and the 94 and am given what I request with no issue. As well as my husband has served in the Navy for 22 years and we have lived all over the US and visited 100s of Taco Bell’s without a sauce limit. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the ability to correct their mistake while wasting our time. I live near here so used to go fairly often. ALWAYS order the same thing. 2 chicken quesadilla EXTRA CHICKEN and 1 steak quesadilla with EXTRA STEAK and 2 hard tacos. My total for tonight was in excess of 27 dollars! I get home to discover that large portions of quesadillas have NO meat on them, only cheese. I made it a point to tell fat boy taking the orders to ensure I get what I am paying for because often it seems as I am getting regular "cheap naked" quesadillas Fat boy made no effort to tell the people making my order to do it right. I was inside and I was watching him. For that kind of money I can go to a real Mexican restaurant with my partner and get a high quality meal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I will never go back there again. Everyone wants$15/hr but they can't even get my order right. First I order a box of tacos. I saw on the screen that it was "supreme" so I corrected him. I did not want supreme. He was new and didn't know how to fix it. He called the manager over and she fixed it for him. But half my tacos had sour cream/Supreme. Then I ordered an island strawberry drink, Large. Turned out it was a small. Glad i checked cuz some places their large looks small.....I was just passing thru and I go through, alot going to Madison often...But I won't be stopping at this taco bell anymore. This was the one time I choose taco bell over all the other fast food places right on the corner of rte 173 and rte 12. There are many options. Good...
