Wendy's — Restaurant in Richmond

Asked for an Spicy Asiago chicken sandwich with no tomato or mayo; exactly like my number 6 spicymeal that I ordered at the same time between noon and 1 p.m today. The #6 had no tomato or mayo. I repeated to the very sweet and nice lady working the window, but still tecieved my asiago spicy sandwich with mayo and tomato. 16 years ive spent in a kitchen, wanted to be a chef since I was 8. How empty minded do you have to be to be asked to do less work, and still do more work than asked, or wanted to. I ask for plain sandwiches usually, the amount of times ive gotten lettuce,mayo and tomato is astounding. IM ASLING YOU TO DO LESS WORK, EXERT LESS ENERGY, LITERALLY MALE YOUR JOB SIMPLER. No tomato? DONT TOUCH THE TOMATO! I really hope regional see this, your employees can't/dont care to read the order. Then only once have I been met with non attitude, which was today, and order was still wrong. Its a special kind of laziness and ignorance to read no mayo on an order and add mayo. I get the application pool sucks, but the employees are more concerned with their clock out time and smoking blunts with the homes in the car at midnight then theh are worried about getting food. The spicy chicken sandwich is favorite fasy food item of all? The nostalgia it brings trumps everything else. But the service and the changing of products to cheaper alternatives has made wendys just another unhealthy, fatty, lazy example of a fast food chain.

I have never experienced a Wendy’s this bad. The customer service was absolutely horrible. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through the lady that I spoke with immediately had an attitude. When I got to the window she basically was tossing my food out at me and did not say a word. She had a nasty look on her face the whole time and I’m sitting there wondering what the hell I did to her. Then she tells me to pull up to the front of the building to wait for my other order. Mind you their drive through has barely enough room for other people to get around. I sat there for about 15 mins. No one had come out. I had to pull off to avoid people hitting my car trying to leave the drive through. So I turned around to go inside and went in. The lady that was working the front of the store wasn’t that rude, but she had the same lady come up that I talked to at the drive thru she still had a stank look on her face and asked me why I drove off I explained to her I waited 15 mins. She said my food was cooking mind you she didn’t communicate that at all to me prior. And I replied “oh okay well I wasn’t aware” she then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and walked off. I wish I had gotten her name. But I did not have time to go back and forth with this lady. However when I got back to my car and looked at the food the fries looked like they were thrown in the bag. The bag was LEAKING with sauce/greese from the nuggets. I did not eat the food cause the lady looked like the type of person to have thrown my food in the trash and grab it back out to hand it to me. The girl in the window tonight with glasses is a menace lol. I’m not one of those people that care if customer service workers are rude but at least do your job correct if you’re gonna be a rude. Asked for a “a bacanator just the sandwich no meal, a 10 piece spicy nugget and large coke.” She said “mm pull up.” She charged me more for it and gave me the bacanator meal with the spicy nuggets and a Dr Pepper. I watched her make the drink so I know it was her but I didn’t see which soda faucet she used so I could correct her. Gave me no straw and when I asked for the receipt she pretended to not hear me and shut the window. Like I said if you work in customer service and hate your life like I do I don’t expect you to be nice but please just charge me for what I ask and give me the correct thing I ordered.

ok fourth time i’ve dealt with this same girl with glasses and blonde locs in the drive thru. forth time she’s messed up my order and been unbearable in every 2 minute interaction. i asked for two spice nuggets, bacanator, and large coke no ice. given two regular nuggets, bacanator and a medium coke with ice and no straw as usual. had to go back and the guy at the front was super nice and righted it but i’m genuinely so over this girl. i know y’all don’t care but i can’t go back to this location ever just because i don’t trust that one girl who obviously hates me for no reason because i’m always insanely polite to her. if she wants to be miserable that’s her decision but please just give people the correct order. i’m...
