What a delightful spot. The lady who served us was so sweet and attentive. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious, and pretty strong! I have been looking for a good banh mi in the Jackson area and so far this is one of the better ones, though next time I will ask for less mayo. I liked that they had multiple styles to choose from; I got the combination. The gyoza and spring roll were good too, though we will try fried and egg rolls next time. Probably would not get the noodle lunch special as there were few shrimp and little else with the noodles. It was pretty expensive after two coffees, an appetizer and two lunches...

Stopped by today and had the pleasure of dining in Retro Vietnam and it did not disappoint. I sadly only took a video of my food so I had to screenshot it but it was absolutely delicious. I had the Bon Bo hue and spring rolls. Everything was flavorful and fresh. My waitress name was Vee and she was the absolute sweetest. It’s so rare to get such great customer service. She will definitely keep this business going. I literally eat ramen, bon Bo hue, and pho at least 3 times a week so this restaurant will now be added to my pho list. Bean sprouts and lettuce were bad and pungent meat was chewy from microwaving my friend and I are having a terrible stomach ache.

Replying: for spending $80 imma finish my food I took out the bean sprouts because fresh bean sprouts are white with yellow tips. Yours was grayish with black tips.
